洛斯阿尔科斯酒店

La recepción y el cuarto fueron excelentes. Muy buen ambiente e instalaciones, y una vista increíble. En cuanto al restaurante dentro del hotel, Sotavento, muy rica la comida, sin embargo el servicio deja mucho qué desear.

El hotel es increíble, con una excelente ubicación; la habitación estaba impecable y el personal fue muy amable

Las habitaciones estaban super limpias. El servicio muy bien. Muy amugables y amables.

En general muy bien , un ligero olor como a pipi en el patio que está cerca del restaurant, pero todo bien, volvería sin problema

La habitación estuvo impecable, las instalaciones muy bonitas con una arquitectura acordé al pueblo de Taxco y la comida del restaurante muy buena con precios razonables, be encantó la experiencia de fin de semana

I enjoy boutique hotels and old buildings restored and this one was astonishingly beautifully restored. It was not necessary spacious but well distributed

Primero que nada, la fachada y entrada hermosa, el hotel, de los más hermosos que puedes ver, te da el verdadero aspecto de Taxco, tipo hacienda. La habitación preciosa, rústica, riquísima. Accesibilidad 1000/10, cerca de todo, centro, capilla, joyerías, restaurantes, tours. Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado, lo recomiendo al 1000%. Volveré? Claro que si!!!!

Most beautiful stay in Taxco💛

HOTEL MUY BONITO,LIMPIESA EN TODO EL HOTEL YMUY BIEN UBICADO

Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo en este hotel. La primera vez todo estuvo bien. Sin embargo, en esta última estancia me asignaron una habitación cuya ventana daba hacia la calle, por lo que hubo mucho ruido. Además, había muchas hormigas, incluso en la cama; también encontramos una cucaracha en el sanitario y, por último, no tuvimos agua caliente.

El hotel muy bonito, el personal de lo Mejor siempre atentos y serviciales , la ubicación excelente nos encantó

Todo fue grato, las instalaciones y el servicio fueron excelentes.

Es agradable el hotel. La ducha muy poca agua y fría, que Taxco estaba sin gas

Excellent location! The room was clean, there were a few ants but it wasn’t too bothersome. A few cons; It took a long time to get hot water for the shower. The shower is pretty narrow specially since the shower rod/curtain was too close. The shower head pressure was really low. It looked like some of the holes of the shower head were closed up. Needs some work. Overall it was an excellent stay, staff were super friendly and local people were super helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.

Great location

We were made very welcome for our two night stay at Hotel Los Arcos. Its situation so close to the Zocalo and all it's diá de Muertos festivities made for a very vibrant and exciting weekend. Our room - 11 - a junior suite - exceeded our expectations, having the second bed on an upper mezzanine, which was perfect for our adult son. Everything was clean and neatly presented, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Communal areas were clean, attractive and comfortable, and everyone should make a trip up to the rooftop terrace, which has amazing views across Taxco. The reception staff were most helpful. We would very happily stay there again.
