La recepción y el cuarto fueron excelentes. Muy buen ambiente e instalaciones, y una vista increíble. En cuanto al restaurante dentro del hotel, Sotavento, muy rica la comida, sin embargo el servicio deja mucho qué desear.

First time I saw outside of this hotel, I was disappointed.
But I after enter this buildung, I'm very exicting and glad to visit here.
Inside of building & room is very beautiful.
And most of all, view of roof top is really amazing.
I can't understand why someone else isn't here.
I'm happy to all roop top is mine, so I enjoyed the parade, night view and dinner here.
There is weak point here.
It's 4-storey building, but no elevator.
And all items of room is old style.
It's good to room style but It contained big room key, jolty window, small - movable air conditioner.
But this problem is possible to only my room, and I think it's not big problem beacuse most people stay here 1 or 2 days. - It's small village.
Resturant is 1st floor and I guess food is not bad.
I didn't use resturant, but many peoples are use there at dinner time.
I hear about free WIFI but I can't use my galaxy note 4 with strange display - I don't know why.
2 minute to Zocalo and other sites are near.
Price is not cheap, but I can recommand here.

First time I saw outside of this hotel, I was disappointed.

And most of all, view of roof top is really amazing.

Primero que nada, la fachada y entrada hermosa, el hotel, de los más hermosos que puedes ver, te da el verdadero aspecto de Taxco, tipo hacienda.
La habitación preciosa, rústica, riquísima.
Accesibilidad 1000/10, cerca de todo, centro, capilla, joyerías, restaurantes, tours.
Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado, lo recomiendo al 1000%.
Volveré? Claro que si!!!!

Es la segunda ocasión que me hospedo en este hotel. La primera vez todo estuvo bien. Sin embargo, en esta última estancia me asignaron una habitación cuya ventana daba hacia la calle, por lo que hubo mucho ruido. Además, había muchas hormigas, incluso en la cama; también encontramos una cucaracha en el sanitario y, por último, no tuvimos agua caliente.

Excellent location! The room was clean, there were a few ants but it wasn’t too bothersome. A few cons; It took a long time to get hot water for the shower. The shower is pretty narrow specially since the shower rod/curtain was too close. The shower head pressure was really low. It looked like some of the holes of the shower head were closed up. Needs some work.
Overall it was an excellent stay, staff were super friendly and local people were super helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.

We were made very welcome for our two night stay at Hotel Los Arcos. Its situation so close to the Zocalo and all it's diá de Muertos festivities made for a very vibrant and exciting weekend. Our room - 11 - a junior suite - exceeded our expectations, having the second bed on an upper mezzanine, which was perfect for our adult son. Everything was clean and neatly presented, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Communal areas were clean, attractive and comfortable, and everyone should make a trip up to the rooftop terrace, which has amazing views across Taxco. The reception staff were most helpful. We would very happily stay there again.
