El hotel está bien ubicado para lo que necesitaba, la recepción fue amable, la habitación limpia y agradable, el restaurante tiene un menú variado, desayuné y cené muy rico, tienen buen sazón, los precios accesibles. Al salir la recepcionista de en la mañana me quería cobrar de nuevo la habitación, hasta que se dio cuenta que estaba equivocada, fue un momento embarazoso. En general lo recomiendo

Large room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food in restaurant, close to metro, reasonable price.

Check-in was easy and staff are friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a television and air conditioning. Bathroom and shower was great and several toiletries were provided (large bars of soap, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, and a toothbrush. There is a restaurant on site with excellent food! I had a great stay!

Las personas que brindan servicio son muy amables y la habitación estaba limpia. Lo malo fue que al estar en frente de la avenida incluso en la noche se escucha mucho ruido, pero si esto no te incomoda es una buena opción.

I liked everything about the hotel, good room, great staff, good location. The one downside is the noise level. It is not so much that other guests are particularly overly noisy or partying loudly, more that tge rooms are not sound proofed, so if one is quiet and trying to read or sleep, you here everything. Don't know what can be done about it, I expect as an older building that is how it is.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. I don't think I've ever felt so welcome at a hotel! Our dog was also welcome, which was a relief.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, housekeeping cleaned my room every day, there's a restaurant on the first floor that is convenient. The hotel is located in a very convenient location in which you're able to walk to sightseeing sites such as, Diego Rivera Museum. I stayed in room 201 which faces the street. I had a nice view of the park across the street. I would recommend this hotel because of the very budget price, the hotel is safe and clean. That was my experience. I traveled alone so safety was my concern and, the budget, it was definitely safe, and a good budget for me at the time of my experience. They have cable TV, they have wireless internet at the hotel. It's in the city so there is going to be traffic noise but, that didn't bother my stay. Nice shower.
