Hotel Roma was a fantastic place to stay in Durango! The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of the city, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, attractions, and plenty of places to buy souvenirs.
The price was very reasonable, especially considering its prime location. One of the biggest advantages was the on-site parking. Parking is hard to find in downtown Durango, so having a secure place to leave our car made our trip much easier.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable hotel in the heart of Durango, Hotel Roma is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay there again!

Me cobraron una tarifa diferente a la que estaba en la plataforma, además no coincidía ni por asomo a las fotos promocionales, un hotel viejo y son mantenimiento, sin cochera. Muy mala experiencia. Creo que la plataforma deberia ser más responsable en lo que publican también. Ya van varias pésimas experiencias que vivo y la plataforma si ayuda, pero no se hace responsable de nada y deja al cliente a la suerte con la propiedad y eso no está bien, porque el cliente anda fuera de su casa y a veces ya muy tarde, con el único objetivo de descansar. Debería existir alguna opción de reubicación en caso necesario con obligación para la propiedad en caso de algún incumplimiento.

El servicio del personal es muy bueno pero , muy viejo no se compara con las imágenes que vienen, huele feo y de pasada muy caro la verdad no vale la pena, no tiene nada de mantenimiento muy apagado y tétrico, le rechina todo y las camas no son cómodas, ni si quiera se parece a las que salen en las imágenes. La verdad que nos quedamos ahí porque ya andábamos cansados pero jamás me volvería a quedar ahí. Lo único bueno es que está cerca de el centro.

The place is old and outdated, and I understand that, but the room was extreme dirty and falling apart! I had to cancel my reservation and checked out earlier than anticipated. They did offered to refund the one day.

Me parece que está en franca decadencia y en bancarrota. Sin agua caliente, las pantallas no funcionan, mobiliario obsoleto, descuidado, no dejan una botella de agua en la habitación. No vale el precio que cobran, lo único bueno es que está en el centro.

Las instalaciones son muy antiguas , no son cómodas ' todo es viejo y el internet no funciona en los cuartos, y el personal dejo mucho que desear, la chica que limpiaba la habitacion robo dinero de una de nuestras carteras

- Wifi doesnt work in your room
- no compensation or willingness to help after mentioning shower was plugged and no warning that there is no hot water unless requested at the counter and takes half hour after

Todo bien, aunque al cuarto si le faltan retoques, al baño cambiar la regadera, aunque sea un hotel viejo y quieran mantener ese estilo si hay detalles que pueden actualizar, y a la llegada ni siquiera me pidieron la ine para identificarme se me hizo raro
