Excellent Staff! I liked that I was able to open my window. Only thing i did not like is that I was not able to charge my phone, my chargers are type c and usb type A chargers. I had to go the following day to get me a wall charger. Very disappointed on that.

Desde que llegué , al hotel me tuvieron esperando sin dejarme entrar a la habitación , y llegaron 3 reservaciones y las dejaron pasar , yo tenía 2 horas esperando y hasta que les cuestione me dejaron pasar , si no fuera así ahí seguiría esperando hasta las 3:00 pm para que me dieran acceso a mi habitación , no volvería a regresar al hotel y no lo recomiendo servicio fatal al hacer el check in
La persona que atiende ahí en recepción me comentó que dejaron pasar a las 3 reservaciones , por el tipo de reservación y habitación que pagaron , yo le comenté yo pagué una habitación por adelantado y no pagué poco por mi reservación… !!!!!

The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. I did find the absence of wall art made the room seem almost sterile. A piece of Mexican culture - painting, print, textle - would have been nice. The area around the hotel was filled with many culinary options within walking distance. Felt safe all the time. Staff was very helpful. Check in was a breeze!
