I liked that it was located in a nice neighborhood and close to a nice park. Everything was walking distance. The hotel was nice and staff were amazing and friendly.

En cuanto a limpieza y ubicación me parece muy buena opción Sin embargo, todo se escucha entre habitaciones y pasillo, así que hace muy incómoda la experiencia de descansar, ya que todo el tiempo se están escuchando ruidos de otros huéspedes, ojalá pudieran hacer algo al respecto por que mejorarían mucho las instalaciones Respecto al restaurante me parece buena opción, te saca del apuro y su club sandwich me salvó para cenar con room service, lo recomiendo mucho A recomendar, revisaría que las sábanas cafés que dan como extras para cubrirte tenían cabellos, entiendo que se pueden enredar pero es algo desagradable tener residuos de otras personas Y creo que sería todo!

Location was great! Very friendly and helpful staff. Roma Norte is a great location we left safe our whole stay. If you book any type tours they are able to pick you up from this location we had no problem

Nos llevamos una mala impresión del hotel ya que nuestra habitación no estaba limpia, había basura debajo de la cama. Esto lo reportamos en la mañana el día de la salida porque hasta ese momento fue que nos dimos cuenta que había basura e incluso un recipiente con una crema debajo de una de las camas. No me volvería a quedar acá.

Definitely a great hotel for location, and for what it offered. My room was part of a group that was supposedly renovated but I can't say it was VERY cozy...It was ok. My shower was missing the platform so I had to be careful not to flood the whole bathroom... Anyway I would definitely be back.

My parents, celebrating their 54th wedding anniversary, were delighted with their stay. The room was spotless, and the front desk staff provided exceptional service. Overall, they had a wonderful experience.

This hotel has amazing staff whom make every effort to help you with everything. Highly recommend. In addition, excellent location to great restaurants and shops without a need to take a taxi or uber.

The room was great.my tv was wierd.i had to call them to fix it.it was new,but complicated.my friend in the other room couldn't do it either ..their tv was fine.breakfast was not my favorite.the omelet was good.their dinner was better than breakfast.the area is beautiful.lots of restaurants. Both my friends got sick.that part wasn't fun.1 ate oysters,at the oyster bar.we did a day tour from the hotel.that was great.we used Uber all over.
