The room was large and clean. The staff was very nice and friendly. But the breakfasts were amazing. We were there for 21 nights and couldn't wait to see what the menu items for breakfast were. Seriously they should have a full restaurant. On the down side. The internet could be iffy. You had many choices of connections and we had to use a variety of them. So more of a nuisance then bad. Also the hot water was tricky. You either had very hot water, or cold. But all in all this was a great hotel, in a great location. We would highly recommended it.

Very clean hotel.
Room was spacious.
Staff was professional and extremely friendly.
Breakfast was very tasty with good variety over 6 days.
Location was perfect. Close to three markets and the Zocalo.

The hotel overall is nice and well located. Breakfast is good and the staff is kind.
The only painpoint are 1) hot water takes very long time to come (if it comes..), we had to wait like 15 min and the water pressure was also super low. 2) there is a bar close by that played super loud music until very late in the night, it felt like the were playing inside the room.
