Delicious and great variety

Clean rooms, attentive staff, delicious breakfast

The breakfast was very good, the waitress was very friendly and helpful. The people at the next room were loud and drunk. I called the office and nobody answered. I went to the office and nobody was there except for a guy sleeping by the door with a vicious dog next to him. I was afraid the dog would wake up and attack me. Never again Trebol hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The WiFi was weak in the room, showers take a few mins to get warm and our room facing the street was noisy in the night. Nonetheless the location is excellent in the centre and the breakfast was great as well.

It’s a nice property, but expensive for what it is. Employees need to smile more and be more welcoming. Location is excellent though.

La habitación super cómoda, limpia y muy ventilada. El resto del hotel increíblemente lindo, limpio y el servicio de primera. La ubicación la mejor.

Hotel in Great location... But.... BEWARE of DOG in LOBBY!!! Pitbull bite my ankle when we were checking out early in morning. I did request vaccination record which I did receive but no call or email from Management

Very clean and great located a block away from Zocalo. nice friendly personel and tasty breakfast with multiple options to eat.

The breakfast menu options were great! The location is excellent walkable to dining and main center plaza. I was disappointed with the noise level within the hotel during mornings - employees speaking to each other across from the halls.

Room 406 is extremely noisy. Food was good. Only issue is the AC is not efficient.

I want to think this Hotel and the staff especially to Carmen. She picked me up from the airport. She was on time very friendly lady. I got attached to her very quickly. I love this hotel and I will definitely come back. It’s beautiful. I really recommend this place please ask for Carmen. She helps out with the tour And if you need a ride back to the airport, she will definitely help you out. Thank you so much for your hospitality Hotel Trebol. I will be coming back soon. I love everything about you guys.

En el desayuno pedimos leche y nunca llegó , pedimos opciones de pan y nos ofrecieron unos y después vimos que a los demás le daban churros que nunca nos mencionaron. ya nos habíamos hospedado y fue una experiencia excelente , pero está vez nos dieron una habitación cerca de la cocina y se escucha todo el alboroto y se escuchaba lo de los otros cuartos. Pagamos mucho más por la habitación de esta vez y sentí que no fue mucha la diferencia con la habitación sencilla que pagamos la vez pasada y que nos gustó mucho pero estuvo bien , En la mañana había una banda de guerra tocando y se escuchaba fuertísimo y así tocaron varias horas no dormimos nada. El baño hacia mucho ruido cuando se llenaba la caja de agua. De ahí en fuera todo muy limpio los suministros de la habitación excelentes y el valet y recepciónista super amables. Aún que cuando llegamos había una señora en recepción y ni saludo andaba mal encarada , ni me dijo hola bienvenida agarro y se fue . Ni idea de quién era. El servicio de parking estuvo súper complicado está vez , llegamos y los policías diciendo de cosas y ya nos dimos cuenta que para está yendo por el auto está super incómodo y es molesto. La verdad no fue lo que recordabamos.
