The hotel is walking distance from the Angel de la Independencia. The location is just perfect if you love the busy city vibes. Like all Accor hotels, you can expect a good standard of service and facilities. Since it is considered to be a budget hotel, amenities are basic but good enough to give you a comfortable but affordable stay in the heart of the big city of Mexico. Wifi, hot water shower, aircon are all working good and breakfast is satisfactory. For sure, this will be one of my choice hotels in CDMX.

Había una fuga en el lavabo de mi cuarto que reporté varias veces y solo pasaban a secar el charco de agua en el piso, supongo la reparación requeriría más tiempo/esfuerzo, todo bien fuera de eso.

El personal fue amable y respetuoso. Pero tienen que arreglar el sistema del elevador que se traba. Resulta preocupante y me ocasionó un problema de ansiedad y angustia al verme encerrada y que no funcionaba la alarma.

The room was small, no fridge or microwave, but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the hotel is stylish in an interesting way. But what takes this place from ok to good were two things: really great front desk staff, and a fantastic location in Zona Rosa. Just around the corner from an amazing Paseo.

Bueno: Muchas gracias a un empleado en la recepcion del dia 15 Enero en la mañana fue muy amable y educado, gracias!! RUIZ ;)
Malo:
1) Los chilaquiles parecian avena con agua o parecian sopa de tortilla con salsa ;( Es mejor que dejen los totopos doraditos separados de la salsa calientita, para que uno los prepare. Aprendan de los chilaquiles de Monterrey!!!
2) El cesto de basura abajo de la mesa de la TV lo dejaron lleno de basura ;(
