La ubicación excelente. Si agarras promoción o descuento, vale muchísimo la pena. El desayuno buffet está bien, pero algo caro. Si eres de comer en la calle, definitivamente es mejor opción. El personal es muy amable, todo el servicio está muy bien. El hotel se nota con sus detalles de antiguedad pero nada que me haya arruinado mi estancia. La habitación cómoda, suficientemente aislada del ruido exterior.

Poor hygiene. Our bed hadn’t been changed. There were hairs everywhere, particularly when we pulled back the duvet. We complained. The lady changed the bedding but placed the disgusting bedding on top of my suitcase. I had to clean it myself afterwards.
At breakfast we asked for tea a few times. The waitress ignored our request and chatted to staff.
We booked a Junior Suite. The bathroom was tiny for a suite. This is more of a 2.5 star than 4 star as they advertise.
I made a complaint asking for a refund but was offered an upgrade on my next stay. As if I’d ever think of staying here again.
I’ve given two stars as the staff at the front of the hotel and the man making the eggs was very friendly and welcoming.
Stay here if you like dirty bedding, poor service and a tiny bathroom.
