Customer service is excellent, Alma our waitress is awesome and the young man who was in charge of bbq ribs is incredible. Best ribs my husband and I have ever ate. Very happy with this trip. Will definitely return!!

Very accessible location, beautiful villas, very attentive staff, delicious food, and beautiful gardens to enjoy. We will come back again.

Very cute location, spread out on a large property, depending which section you stay in you may need to drive to amenities. Pool was under construction, signs for gym but no gym, check in host was not very friendly but took care of his job

We enjoyed our stay here very much! All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The layout of the resort was very unique and full of beautiful views. We would especially like to thank one of your staff members who works in the lobby - he helped us get around and helped us with anything else that we needed with such a welcoming attitude! We would love to come back to enjoy the wine, as our stay was too short to get the opportunity. Thank you!

Property was beautiful. Didn’t realize everything was so spread out. But that was okay. Room was clean and comfortable, Wish there was a tv in the room. Breakfast the server never brought our drinks.. not a lot of English speaking, which is understandable because we’re in Mexico just made things a little more challenging. Restaurant Yumano, Told us they ran out of tequila and beer when we had dinner, but our wedding party was inside and said they didn’t because they were being served. Pool needs more loungers and towel area. Overall everyone was really friendly and we’d love to be back.

La habitación fue cara y muy incomoda, el baño tiene una cortina de muy mala calidad con un tubo que se cae, el agua de la regadera sale para todos lados, no tienes una silla donde sentarte, muy mala iluminación y la cama muy chiquita e incómoda, la terraza no la puedes usar porque es muy chiquita y te da el sol directo, la limpieza no es excepecional, no tiene closet, solo un tubo de metal con 4 ganchos, no hay burro de planchar y el baño huele a caño, te cobran como si fueran un hotel de lujo y la calidad deja mucho que desear

A small town with many amenities. Pool and all family or couple destination.

Maglen resort was amazing. Friendly and accommodating staff. Every interaction felt warm and inviting. The hotel restaurant served great food. The resort is tucked away in the mountains and provides beautiful views. I enjoyed the wine tasting at the resort, the staff was knowledgable and super helpful. My Spanish is not that great and everyone had patience with me and spoke English if necessary. Beautiful place to stay!

Unique place! Room was clean. Room was hot when arrived and didn’t cool down until after 7. Noise from neighbors dog at 4am was not good. Bed was comfortable. Shower was roomy!
