The rooms are great and resort overall has a lot to do. All the restaurants offered amazing tasting food and the cocktail drinks are some of the best i have had. Just know that sections of the resort are a bit separated and not next too each other like you would imagine a resort. Also there’s dirt roads which can be a bit rough if you have a sedan.

The hotel stay comes with 1 free wine tasting, free transportation within the resort and free breakfast. Pool has heated jacuzzi so we can enjoy even winter time. Overall 5 stars.

The staff was very courteous and welcoming. The facilities overall was good but was not prepared for the cold overnight temps. A couple from a group paid premium $$$ and their room’s heater did not work. The staff could not fix the issue and could not compensate them because they booked through Expedia.

This resort has everything you need, I would return and recommend this stay.

Customer service is excellent, Alma our waitress is awesome and the young man who was in charge of bbq ribs is incredible. Best ribs my husband and I have ever ate. Very happy with this trip. Will definitely return!!

Very accessible location, beautiful villas, very attentive staff, delicious food, and beautiful gardens to enjoy. We will come back again.

Very cute location, spread out on a large property, depending which section you stay in you may need to drive to amenities. Pool was under construction, signs for gym but no gym, check in host was not very friendly but took care of his job

We enjoyed our stay here very much! All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The layout of the resort was very unique and full of beautiful views. We would especially like to thank one of your staff members who works in the lobby - he helped us get around and helped us with anything else that we needed with such a welcoming attitude! We would love to come back to enjoy the wine, as our stay was too short to get the opportunity. Thank you!

Property was beautiful. Didn’t realize everything was so spread out. But that was okay. Room was clean and comfortable, Wish there was a tv in the room. Breakfast the server never brought our drinks.. not a lot of English speaking, which is understandable because we’re in Mexico just made things a little more challenging. Restaurant Yumano, Told us they ran out of tequila and beer when we had dinner, but our wedding party was inside and said they didn’t because they were being served. Pool needs more loungers and towel area. Overall everyone was really friendly and we’d love to be back.
