Room very ordinary but great food, amenities, entertainment was amazing...

This was a terrible hotel from customer service to property. You had to make a line for everything for breakfast buffet and for dinner as well which we’ve never experienced at another resort. Not to mention the terrible customer service at check in super rude and took 4 hours to check us in there was a big line. Look it up on TikTok other guests made videos. Also when we got to the ro they were painting the walls!!!! Crazy, so please don’t waste your money

La habitación era muy antigua, la cama estaba toda floja, la regadera y wc gastan agua en exceso, tarde más de 1.5 horas formado para hacer check-in, para poder comer, desayunar o cenar hay que hacer fila, en algunos casos más de 1 hora, solo servía un elevador, la calidad de algunas comidas no era buena, no servía la tv por cable, y la tv no tenía wifi para poder ver algo por streaming, la playa estaba sucia, había mucha basura

Muy demorado el proceso de checking. Las habitaciones necesitan mejorar

La mayoria del personal de recepción y servicio al cliente amables (excepto una). Los meseros mal encarados como en casi todo Cancún (excepto Manuel de la cantina que es una persona muy amable y simpática…gracias Manuel!!) Instalaciones: bien Comida: regular

The Jurassic kids pool is not cared for and was an absolute mess... We went in for about two minutes and left absolutely disgusted.... Tree branches, broken climbing areas, a dead mouse, toilet paper, garbage... It was bad. The kids club rules are frustrating as well, I couldn't take my 2 and 4 year old in at the same time. My two year old could only go in a few days a week for certain hours in the morning andy 4 year old would have to go alone.... So we did not use the kids club. The food was really good. The beach was clean and rooms were fairly clean. The line ups were insane.... Huge line ups to the buffet every morning, huge check in line that took about an hour or more... Overall, we wouldn't return. It was decent but not worth the price.

The lines for food was crazy. If you showed up for breakfast at breakfast time you would wait 3 hours to eat. What is posted online as features of this resort ARE NOT what is actually in the resort. It is like a completely different resort. The kids pool is cool but in desperate need of a reno, the cement is all cut up and rips up feet. There are no fridges in the room, even though it states that there are fridges on expedia. The staff were nice but the resort itself was not great. Nice beach though.

Buffet and beach food was awful. Pools are freezing.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The ramps for people with disabilities are a real safety hazard — they’re poorly built and quite dangerous. The safes in the rooms are extremely outdated; you have to carry around the key, which makes no sense if you’re going to the beach. There were cockroaches in the restaurant, which was absolutely unacceptable. The timeshare salespeople were the worst part — they ask you to tell all sorts of lies and even to show your credit cards. The bathrooms are old, small, and uncomfortable. The TVs don’t have Netflix or YouTube, which is surprising these days. And finally, the air conditioner is so noisy that it’s almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Feo, fatal, caro, lo único que quieren es venderte la membresía, te asechan y te engañan con "cortesías". Te quitan tiempo e interrumpen tu plan de relajamiento. Los alimentos del buffet no saben bien, los snacks, pizzas, pasta y bebidas muy ricos al igual que los restaurantes de especialidades. Muy buenos shows y espectáculos. Al área del bar le faltaba ventilación o AC. La playa, muy descuidada y sucia. La habitación super chiquita y nada de privacidad en el baño. No lo recomiendo, no malgasten su dinero. Hay mejores opciones

1.Desde el recibimiento no me tenías en la lista. 2. Me dieron un habitación que no Hera la mia 3. Baño muy pequeño 4. En la noche no hay opción para comer ya que cierran los restaurantes 5. El personal como que estan disgustos con su trabajo.(Muy pocos dan el servicio como debe de ser) 6.en los bares y snack acaban los productos y no reyenna.

El personal simpre fue amable, sin embargo la comida la calidad no era muy buena y las instalaciones son viejas y con los años me parece que el mantenimiento no a sido el adecuado entonces se ven deterioradas

que es un hotel familiar y la realcion costo-servicios es acorde a lo ofrecido
