great location. large rooms

The 2 bedroom condo was very nicely done and perfect space to relax and comfortable. the balcony was great for early morning coffee and late night relaxing. The best part was the staff and the rooftop pool. Fantastic views and the food service from there was very good. will be returning soon.

Great staff ! Excellent location and fun times at the pool . Enjoyed being close to everything in Zona , but then a bit quieter for time around pool Lots of great restaurants close by and the Palms Cabernet shows are a must

The room was immaculate. Very close to all the restaurants and the beach. Uber is always very close by.

The poolside was amazing! The food was great and the staff made the experience better than expected.

I have stayed many times at various units in Pinnacle 220. It is always a pleasure with great staff and any help when needed. Close to everything in the Romantic Zone. You can easily walk the Malecón from just below Pinnacles to the downtown plaza with many great restaurants close by. A beautiful place to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool has a view of Vallarta and the beautiful sunsets.

Clean and great staff, only downside was that the air conditioning in kitchen/living room did not cool very well and it dripped water on the desk each night and we had to wipe up water every morning. Other than that great place to stay, great location and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Bars and clubs were not too far away and it was very walkable.

Well, decorated, nice furniture's apartment... The pool was amazing, crystal clear water, great view from the infinity pool, a lot of space to hang out in the rooftop patio. Bartender were great

Great pool and near the beautiful romantic zone, however the pool bar staff (one individual in particular) is dishonest and scammed my group of friends as well as another group (we didn’t know) staying there. Really put a damper on our vacation.

Check-in and Check-out was a breeze and they were very accommodating. The grocery service (although a tad pricy) was well worth it since we had an infant and a toddler with us. Having a stocked fridge with snacks, fruit, and milk for the baby made life so easy on travel days. The roof-top pool was amazing for the kids as well as us. The room had plenty of space for all 4 of us and the little outdoor space was great to hang out a bit and/or let the girls dry off post pool. The entire property was calm and clean. Major key was the hill tram that allowed for easy access down to the beach front/boardwalk area. We would stay here again in a jiffy!

The roof top pool is great with beautiful views of the bay and the mountains. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy. The only drawback are the staff in the office; they are pretentious, ignorant, unwelcoming, and otherwise difficult to work with.
