I have stayed many times at various units in Pinnacle 220. It is always a pleasure with great staff and any help when needed. Close to everything in the Romantic Zone. You can easily walk the Malecón from just below Pinnacles to the downtown plaza with many great restaurants close by. A beautiful place to enjoy Puerto Vallarta. The rooftop pool has a view of Vallarta and the beautiful sunsets.

Clean and great staff, only downside was that the air conditioning in kitchen/living room did not cool very well and it dripped water on the desk each night and we had to wipe up water every morning. Other than that great place to stay, great location and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Bars and clubs were not too far away and it was very walkable.

Great pool and near the beautiful romantic zone, however the pool bar staff (one individual in particular) is dishonest and scammed my group of friends as well as another group (we didn’t know) staying there. Really put a damper on our vacation.

Check-in and Check-out was a breeze and they were very accommodating. The grocery service (although a tad pricy) was well worth it since we had an infant and a toddler with us. Having a stocked fridge with snacks, fruit, and milk for the baby made life so easy on travel days. The roof-top pool was amazing for the kids as well as us. The room had plenty of space for all 4 of us and the little outdoor space was great to hang out a bit and/or let the girls dry off post pool. The entire property was calm and clean. Major key was the hill tram that allowed for easy access down to the beach front/boardwalk area. We would stay here again in a jiffy!

The roof top pool is great with beautiful views of the bay and the mountains. The staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are comfortable with a great balcony to enjoy. The only drawback are the staff in the office; they are pretentious, ignorant, unwelcoming, and otherwise difficult to work with.

I loved the pool, but the window to one bedroom had a thin shade that did not keep out the light from the courtyard - all night. Had to put towels over the window. Also was disapointed in the porch, it was not a balcony like I thought I was renting but an ugly porch that was too hot to even sit outside. Also, there was an outrageous charge for an extra bed that was squeezed in the dinning room, I wont stay here again. The location was awesome- walked to beach, just super overpriced. Also bartender was rude at the pool, and there wasnt anyone else there.

That 2 bed loft style apartment was very nice. Spacious. They didnt have one with the ocean view. But it came equipped with everything like an airbnb. No guest after 11 to 7. Unless you add them to the room. No more than 4 people on a room total. For it to be so big you would think that wouldnt be an issue. It came fully furnished with washer dryer utensils stove grill on the patio. A full apartment. That can only have 4 people assigned to the room. The pool was beautiful. This is not a 21 and up place. That shrimp burrito was great! Thanks Alexis for the recommendation. It wasnt too far walking to the beach/ pier. It was over all a great place ro stay. Several restsraunts in walking distance. If you want outside breakfast.

We had issues checking in. We provided US passport cards, but the receptionist did not accept them because they do not have signatures. According to Pinnacle this is a requirement for all guests. After talking to the manager they ended up accepting our passport cards combined with drivers license.

This place was amazing! Super easy and efficient check-in. The upstairs pool area was to die for and the room itself was absolutely dreamy for our 20 year anniversary! We left Costa Sur hotel because it was disgusting and at the last minute booked Pinnacle 220 and it was such a treat. I was ready to buy a property there!! Wonderful job to all the staff we encountered from front desk to wait staff to security. You will not be disappointed! Location to beach and fun, safe nightlife as well. FIVE STARS!!

This place was amazing! Super easy and efficient check-in. The upstairs pool area was to die for and the room itself was absolutely dreamy for our 20 year anniversary! We left Costa Sur hotel because it was disgusting and at the last minute booked Pinnacle 220 and it was such a treat. I was ready to buy a property there!! Wonderful job to all the staff we encountered from front desk to wait staff to security. You will not be disappointed! Location to beach and fun, safe nightlife as well. FIVE STARS!!
