Fue un buen hotel. Ahora se nota que no le dan mantenimiento. La alberca sucia y parece que así dura bastante.

Everything was good only things was that TV wasn't working tv controller don't have the battery try to call receptionist and phone wasn't working 😕 so when to lobby and lady told me im gonna send someone....never arrive sooooo no bueno😒😏

Old facility, pool was not veryy clean

I love the hotel and stay there every time I visit Guadalajara. Except this time, there was a receptionist that gave us a very bad experience. We were basically ignored by her and the bell boy for a request made the day we arrived on Saturday. We almost lost our flight on Monday still waiting for the same request. Really bad, and is not like they are busy. I do want to point out that there is a waitress - I Don’t remember her name-that gave me an outstanding service on Sunday morning. I wish you had staff like her at the front. (If it helps to identify her, she has an Argentinian accent)

Es un hotel bueno para relajarte con buena atención y seguridad , y la comida buena y buen precio .

Rooms need upgrade, but over all beautiful property on top of a hill, includes a pool and great views of the city of Guadalajara

The hotel area overall is beautiful except the pool needs to have to fix some tiles in the pools

Rooms were not ready. Customer service very unapologetic about rooms not being ready and blamed Expedia. When room was provided it was occupied!!! No call back and no response to emails

Please don’t go there I was received after flying from lax we have no rooms available after I prepaid for 3 rooms!!! I had to argue with them my rooms prepaid through Expedia then when I received my keys one of the rooms was occupied!! Rooms old need updating badly pool dirty unusable and remote hotel do not recommend it

Muy desagradable el cuarto tenía cucarachas mi estancia era de cuatro noches y la primer noche me tuve que ir a las 1:30 de la mañana porque había muchas cucarachas, tuve que reservar en otro hotel e irme a esa hora, bajé a recepción a pedír mi reembolso de 3 noches y me dijo que ella ya había hecho el reporte para mi reembolso y nunca me regresaron mi dinero

Una mala experiencia debido a que primeramennte el control de la TV no servian las pilas, estas ya estaban tirando liquido si se repusieron, mas sin embargo el Jacuzzi NO funciono y la verdad fue una mala experiencia
