Excelente recomendada

Staff was very helpful at all times, the room was very clean and modern, easy walkable distance for everything. They do offer parking if needed of site but safe. View are amazing from the rooftop. The pool has glass bottom and it is warm perfect for winter.

All the staff was very polite and friendly, the room was cozy and functional and it was very well located in the Reforma area.

staff was awesome, very welcoming and helpful. Location is excellent!! Alothough an active neighbourhood all is quiet after 10pm. We loved the roof top terrace!!

Very friendly staff & good location

We had a top floor superior king room with balcony. Lots of space, full kitchen, washer/dryer. Lovely private balcony plus the roof common space were great places to enjoy the sun. Great staff; very responsive to our non working fridge issue and helpful with answering my many questions. Only downside was that we heard street noise until about midnight. We are used to a quiet neighborhood but we adjusted after 2 nights. Convenient area with lots of great restaurants in walking distance and so close to the park.

Had a perfect stay! It is a clean, modern and friendly place to stay. If you are looking for a nice, quiet hotel to stay in the middle of the noisy, fun city, then this is the place. Loved the attentive staff. The hotel room was perfectly equipped with a small kitchen, washer and dryer and the best part… a standing fan! The terrace is lovely and they even provide blankets for your comfort.

El lugar donde se ubica el hotel está super excelente, cercas está la embajada de USA, Reforma, museos, comida típica de México, entre otras mas atracciones, y lo principal, lo puedes hacer caminando, si eres una persona que te gusta caminar, puedes ir al bosque de Chapultepec, los museos cercanos, al ángel de la independencia. Lo recomiendo en su totalidad, El personal con excelente servicio, siempre me mostraron disponibilidad y amabilidad.

Nice modern room. The room distribution was great, it had a complete kitchen with a dining area and a good size TV and sofa. comfortsble bed and good size bathroom. The hotel lobby waiting area had 24/7 tea, coffe and snack's (basically fruits)

We visited CDMX on a long weekend and really enjoyed or stay here. It's located in a great location especially for the value. There are great taquerias near by like Los Lalos, a very cute wine bar a couple doors down, and just a 10 min walk from The Angel of Independence. Regarding amenities, this stay is great for those planning to be out exploring all day as the gym is very small and there is no spa or pool. They did have 2 bicycles for use which we would have used if we didn't visit during the rainy season. The space was clean, well taken care of, and looked just like the photos. There is 24 hour front desk and security which was very helpful. They use Whatsapp for correspondence, and they did an excellent job at being attentive and providing things when needed. If I were to be nitpicky, the only negatives were that the trash cans are quite small so if you plan to deny room service like we did, I would keep that in mind. Second, the couch in the living room area was also a little uncomfortable. It was made up of three separate cushions placed on a flat wood piece so the cushions would slide away from each other which would create gaps. Again, both are not a huge deal at all and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The staff was very nice. I enjoyed my time there. At first when I went there the door was locked, but when they hear you knock they open it. Adds an extra safety feature. Staff is very friendly and helped out with everything. I would definitely go back.

Overall a great property but there were a few things that were inaccurate: 1. Did not receive free wine as this said “ you will get 1 Free bottle of wine per stay during your stay” 2. Early checkin cost different amount
