Nice modern room. The room distribution was great, it had a complete kitchen with a dining area and a good size TV and sofa. comfortsble bed and good size bathroom. The hotel lobby waiting area had 24/7 tea, coffe and snack's (basically fruits)

We visited CDMX on a long weekend and really enjoyed or stay here. It's located in a great location especially for the value. There are great taquerias near by like Los Lalos, a very cute wine bar a couple doors down, and just a 10 min walk from The Angel of Independence. Regarding amenities, this stay is great for those planning to be out exploring all day as the gym is very small and there is no spa or pool. They did have 2 bicycles for use which we would have used if we didn't visit during the rainy season. The space was clean, well taken care of, and looked just like the photos. There is 24 hour front desk and security which was very helpful. They use Whatsapp for correspondence, and they did an excellent job at being attentive and providing things when needed. If I were to be nitpicky, the only negatives were that the trash cans are quite small so if you plan to deny room service like we did, I would keep that in mind. Second, the couch in the living room area was also a little uncomfortable. It was made up of three separate cushions placed on a flat wood piece so the cushions would slide away from each other which would create gaps. Again, both are not a huge deal at all and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

The staff was very nice. I enjoyed my time there. At first when I went there the door was locked, but when they hear you knock they open it. Adds an extra safety feature. Staff is very friendly and helped out with everything. I would definitely go back.

Overall a great property but there were a few things that were inaccurate: 1. Did not receive free wine as this said “ you will get 1 Free bottle of wine per stay during your stay” 2. Early checkin cost different amount

Buen alojamiento, con buena ubicación, buen servicio, lo único es que no cuenta con aire acondicionado y los cuartos son bastante calientes, en esta temporada es imposible abrir las ventanas en las noches por los moscos.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Each staff member was super helpful and kind to us. The check-in & check-out procedure was super smooth and easy. We chose this hotel package because of a deal we had found and it ended up being our favorite! Super location, there are endless of restaurants in the area making it comfortable to walk back late at night. We were able to walk to Chapultepec, Reforma, La Condesa and La Roma. We will be back! 10/10

Love the idea of a boutique hotel very cool and sophisticated.

We loved the Reforma Guest House. We had a junior suite which was very modern and spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Unit even has a small kitchen and washer dryer. I stayed on the top floor and it was very quiet. The neighborhood is very walkable with many restaurants on every corner. We will definitely return.

The staff was very helpful, we thought we were booked at a different hotel and upon check in there found out we weren't. Finally found our reservation for the Reforma Guest House and they took care of us. Very Good location, very good price. Thanks, for making our stay in your City a wonderful experience.
