位置非常好，距离纪念柱步行不足10分钟，周边餐饮齐全，很多可选择的风味。房间内布置简洁干净，夜晚非常安静，住宿很舒适。

Excelente ubicación cerca del Angel. Limpio, tranquilo,el personal muy amable. El desayuno americano muy bueno.

La tranquilidad del lugar, el trato y ubicación

Todo bien …. Solo que a las 06:00 am llega una señorita y se pone a platicar en recepción y literal todo todo todo se escucha así pasó los 02 días que estuve hospedado …… por favor pueden revisar las cámaras de los días que me hospedé para que vean que señorita es …. Y decirle que evite hacer eso ya que es molesto porque no deja descansar

AC was not working, the Safety locker went into an error on the last day. The front desk folks were helpful, but need some work in the room

Es un hotel chiquito, muy bien ubicado, estás muy cerca de Reforma. La habitación es muy agradable y cómodo, cuenta con espacios suficientes y una cocineta y desayunador por si quisieras preparar tus propios alimentos. No desayuné en el lugar, pero tu estancia incluye desayuno. Lo que creo que les falta es estacionamiento porque debes de sumarle al costo del hospedaje, el costo del estacionamiento que debes pagar aparte.

Todo bien con el hotel pero , la habitación 5001 terrible , entra demasiado ruido de maquinaria estilo aire acondicionado incluso toda la noche. Urge que arreglen eso , por que fui a descansar y fue algo que no pude lograr , ya me había hospedado antes en el hotel (unas 4 veces ) , y no me había pasado . Y ahora por miedo a que me toque una habitación igual de ruidosa , me temo que tal vez sea la última vez que me hospede ahi. Y es una pena por que en realidad me gustaba mucho el hotel.

Habitación limpia, excelente ubicación, muchísimas opciones de restaurantes y tiendas para realizar compras ubicadas muy cerca del hotel.

Buena opción cerca del Ángel de Independencia.

No tenían tarjetas para la habitación y nos hicieron cambio dos veces

El servicio es medio deficiente, llegamos y no había quien abriera la puerta y duramos mucho rato afuera parados hasta que llamé a la propiedad y me dijeron que siguiera tocando. El cuarto estaba limpio en general pero al querer bajar la cobija había una bolsa zoológico con algo beige o blanco parecía crema realmente me dio asco y opté por no tomar la cobija de ahí en fuera todo excelente.

Well, there were large slabs of drywall in the front hallway the entire time we were there, and we only saw handymen a couple of times. The room itself was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The employees spoke bad, inconsistent English. Despite there being an English menu, the room service staff said they spoke no English at all over the phone. The food from room service was terrible. They managed to ruin french fries. We were told there would be an hour and a half wait for food. Then when it arrived, not only were the fries cold, but brittle and stale, as if they were days old. There was an inexplicable step to the bedroom. So, when I carried the tray of food into the bedroom, I tripped and spilled it all over the floor. That lone, weird step is something I tripped over twice, and it made the room handicap inaccessible. There was ONLY outdoor seating available for the complementary morning breakfast. Which, in nice weather, might have felt pleasant. But it rained every day of our stay in Mexico, so I was shivering on this fourth floor outdoor porch while rain petered on the awning overhead. This whole stay started with me going to the Wyndham Garden Polanco, where I had INTENDED to stay. I was told by that employee that, no, I was actually at the Reforma location. (The website screwed me over, because I had specifically sought out a room at the Polanco location.) That employee gave me bad, misleading information, saying a 30 minute walk was only 12.
