Por ser é deveria ser melhor

El hotel esta muy sencillo para lo que cobra, solo por la zona pero sobrevalorado, nada que ver contra cualquiera de sus vecinos, se sale el agua de la regadera y el piso se pone resbaloso, un familiar se cayó de hecho, el cerrojo de la puerta no servía, el elevador mini, de verdad parece que estás en un hotel de esos viejos de paso.

Un hotel de lujo con un concepto divertido y moderno. Con excelente ubicación servicio, atención y sobre todo,calidez humana.

The staff is very friendly and room was well maintained and kept very clean. Love the laundry same day service! The resturant food was very good as well as lots of menu options. Will be back to stay for a week.

Overall the experience was just okay. The property and rooms were super dated and bathrooms small with limited privacy.

Alejandro was an excellent bellboy.

Any outside service that is billed to the room will incur a 17% commission to the hotel as a "service fee". For example, if you ask the concierge to organize a hot air balloon ride for 2 the provider will likely have difficultly processing a direct payment and will bill the hotel -- who will in turn add 17% to the charge just for the convenience. The concierge will also favor the external services if there is a cancellation. None of this is sufficiently explained up front, so you'll be in for a big and irritating surprise when you review your bill at checkout. All-in-all, there are better and more forthright hotel options in Mexico City that the W.

All look very old, sheets, pillows, towels.

We were rather underwhelmed with this W property. The room was “tired” and the towels were in comical “Hotel 6 on the interstate” condition. Pretty weird (and gross) how several rounds of towels were equally old, tattered and grey. Quite a disappointing W experience after the brilliant W São Paulo stay we had in November. Overpriced and underwhelming.

Great stay

La habitación está súper vieja, no vale lo que cuesta. Las paredes de la regadera y el sanitario tan oscuras son muy incómodas visualmente. Personal atento.
