Polanco is a nice alternative to Condessa. Hotel is located in the quiet heart of Polanco...very walkable for food and coffee. Lobby is well appointed but room decor is on the border between eurochic and vulgar. The art and green light around the bed come to mind on that latter end of the continuum. Room was large. Shower was wonferful. Bed and linens was very comfortable . Toiletries were high end. Room was clean but had to ask for daily cleaning two days when we returned in late afternoon and the room still hadn't been cleaned. Service kind. All were patient with our Spanish. Would stay there again but also want to explore other CDMX hotels.

Beware travelers, it is not a 5-star hotel. Rooms are poorly maintained (dented and scratched furniture) and the common areas are worn out.
Not worth the asked price at all. Very disappointed.

Great hotel location with easy access to fabulous restaurants and nearby park and attractions. The hotel room was quite spacious for a girls trip. The hotel staff was attentive and pleasurable. They ensured we were supported during our stay. Nice hotel and safe area.
