The hotel provide free charge for pick up, also open swimming pool early when I stay the hotel.

A quite horrible experience, I will leave it at that. Extremely disappointed given the average grade in hotels.com.

No hot water to shower with temperature at below 10 degrees celcius.

No hot water to shower even though it’s almost 5degrees celcius. They gave me another room to shower which also does not have hot water to shower.

Convenient location, clean and spacious room, restaurant on site. Around 8 stairs to climb up to the entrance, with a rather steep ramp for luggage. The staff rushed out to help with that. My only complaints are that when we arrived at 4 p.m., our room still wasn't ready for check-in, and when we were finally able to check in about an hour later, they'd only equipped it with enough towels for one person, not two. A minor inconvenience; I'd still stay here again.

객실이 다른곳에 비해 넓습니다. 수영장은 주말에 쉬어서 이용할 수 없었습니다. 투숙객에 관심을 두지 않는 분위기 입니다. 시설은 노후되었으며, 2층 레스토랑은 정말 맛이 없습니다. 전체적으로 투숙객에게 신경을 전혀 쓰지 않는 느낌입니다.

방은 매우 크고 욕실도 만족스럽습니다. 가성비있는 호텔입니다. 약간 아쉬운 점은 오래되고오염된 카펫이었습니다.

Facilities were horrible. Aircon and taps weren't working and the water temperature was incredibly unstable

호텔의 위치가 수흐바타르 광장까지 도보로 10분, 몽골 국영백화점까지 15분 밖에 안 걸리므로 시내 관광하기 좋음. 직원들과 영어로 의사소통이 원활함. 숙박 가격 대비 조식이 나쁘지 않음.

My room was spacious, pleasant and nice to be in. The staff is highly responsive to any request and very welcoming. The restaurant and the swimming pool are excellent. knowledge of English is a bit of a problem sometimes, but this is the situation in Ulaanbaatar, in general, and it has never caused me a significant inconvenience, because the entire staff is so welcoming and eager to assist in anything I needed!

Staff requested payment for the stay that our group already fully paid for through Expedia.

The property was relatively central and of a good quality. The staff were wonderful. Overall a good stay for a western audience. The only complaint was the shower temperature control was problematic - swinging from too hot to cold, so you have to figure out a pattern to get washed in the morning.

Отличное расположение. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал. Удобный просторный номер. Есть мини-бар, чайник, холодильник. Впервые в моей практике (без всяких просьб и обращений) починили держатель душа в ванной, увидев, что я пыталась закрепить его собственными силами. Хороший вестибюль с кофейней-баром - удобно для коротких встреч. Также очень порадовало раннее заселение и хорошие завтраки.

The staff is absolutely great: very helpful and quick! The hotel is old and requires immediate renovation! The management requires some training how to address GAS LEAKAGE to the customers (there were no: alarm, apologies, compensations - nothing!. Seriously, guys!

4年ぶりの宿泊だが、建物、調度は老朽化している事が一目でわかり、朝食の質も明らかに落ちている。サービスは良い。

Staff friendly and helpful. Did not like cable tv provider. Very bad sports channels.
