My room was spacious, pleasant and nice to be in. The staff is highly responsive to any request and very welcoming. The restaurant and the swimming pool are excellent. knowledge of English is a bit of a problem sometimes, but this is the situation in Ulaanbaatar, in general, and it has never caused me a significant inconvenience, because the entire staff is so welcoming and eager to assist in anything I needed!

Very good value at 50% of the cost of the other options I checked. Great food, good beer, pool, spa and >100 international TV channels etc. and on top of all that a free airport shuttle. Everyone on staff had good English too.

Convenient location, clean and spacious room, restaurant on site. Around 8 stairs to climb up to the entrance, with a rather steep ramp for luggage. The staff rushed out to help with that. My only complaints are that when we arrived at 4 p.m., our room still wasn't ready for check-in, and when we were finally able to check in about an hour later, they'd only equipped it with enough towels for one person, not two. A minor inconvenience; I'd still stay here again.

The property was relatively central and of a good quality. The staff were wonderful. Overall a good stay for a western audience. The only complaint was the shower temperature control was problematic - swinging from too hot to cold, so you have to figure out a pattern to get washed in the morning.

The property is dated and needs upgrading. The hot water was not functioning and worked after informing reception. Some lights in the room was not working. Peelng paintwork can be seen at the window wall.. The property is central and incorporate airport service which is good.

I like the service and location. However, the hotel needs to uograde and change their beds. I used two rooms and all sagging and not comfortable. They should also add double locks on the door. I had to change to another room because the double lock was not working. It took them awhile to find a room with working double lock. But the receptionist was helpful.

I had a pleasant stay, and even though it was the Lunar New Year the hotel staff were very accommodating. The location is great. The pool is in the basement and was a bit mouldy. There gym however was nice and clean.

Needs a little upgrade , paint, new flooring etc. But it is very clean and well maintained. Good service and friendly staff. One big problem I had was that the hotel night club on the 11th floor was blaring out music until 4 am Sat. I was on the 8th floor but the music was so loud that it seriously disrupted my sleep. I had a tough schedule the following day and the sleep deprivation affected me for days.
