we take a taxi (8 minutes) from station to hotel. 15 minutes can go to center on foot. We go to a nearby park 30 minutes on foot. We can see a beautiful scenery of whole city.

Room is very clean, but the carpet can do a little bit better with occasional cleaning

Not a bad place to stay.

Gute Unterkunft, leider etwas laut, da von viel befahrene Straßen umgeben. Doppelbett hat leider nur eine große Decke für beide personen zusammen. Frühstück a la cart war sehr lecker, vor allem die Spiegeleier. Personal war freundlich.

Only hot water tank was very small. For two people, both can't get enough hot water. Otherwise it was good. Staff were excellent. Kettle for hot water was missing.

The staff were very helpful.

Brilliant check in. Horrible check out. I had already paid when booking and had to fight to not have to pay again. Also no help carrying my suitcase down 3 flights of stairs. Otherwise good value for money. Nice, clean, comfortable.

No shuttle bus as advertised. They use taxi service & cash only after I asked them if I can bill it to my room as I had no cash. Embarrassing when driver asked for cash only after hotel said I could use card. I had to give him foreign cash & euros to pay.

Not a modern a hotel as you would expect in this part of the Balkans but staff are friendly and helpful. Receptionist always there to help. Private transfer available throughout the country arranged by the hotel. Bathroom not well ventilated and balcony not worth the upgrade due to motorway and street noise which was continuous late into evening. Location is slightly on edge of town, approx 15 minutes walk into town centre but this is straightforward.

Location far away from the city but excellent value for its price; good bed good bathroom; just more space for stuff (levels, hooks) needed big road nearby but no special noice daily cleaning breakfast ok

The staff spoke great English, and they were very nice. Shout out to Tea! Hot water was a bit hit or miss when showering, but not the end of the world, considering the hot weather out doors. The door was tricky to open and close. But overall its a great value for the money, and the included extensive breakfast was a huge plus. I definitely loved my stay there, would recommend it again and would stay myself again. The guys working the bar were also very helpful and made sure we had a great time. The rakija suggestions they were making were on point. Love from the States 🇺🇸🇲🇪

Bon hôtel pour 1 nuit pas trop loin de l’aéroport (15-20min de voiture). La chambre familiale peut facilement accueillir 4 personnes. Très bon petit déjeuner. L’insonorisation n’est pas au top, notamment par rapport au couloir.

A little bit out of the centre but walkable (about 45 minute walk). The hotel was basic, and a little dated but clean and the staff were lovely.

The hotel was spotless! Beautiful rooms. I would have given this a 5 star review but unfortunately we got there and they gave us a 5 bed room (there was 6 of us, which is how many I booked for) I showed them my hotels booking. But they said they had no rooms that big. So we squeezed 3 kids into the queen bed. Not ideal but apart from that a lovely hotel. Good breakfast in the morning too.

The location and the restaurant right next door were excellent. The bathroom was a little rundown and I had an issue with the bathroom door, but the staff was helpful. Not very soundproofed rooms but a pretty quiet area.

The Room was okay. They finally provided me with an Electric Kettle for warming water.
