Reception staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. There was a mix up and we were put in the wrong room but this was quickly rectified and we got upgraded. Staff assisted with booking taxis and also bus tickets. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was tasty. Only issue was that unfortunately the restaurant was closed for food in the evenings so we had to make other plans but the staff were helpful with that also. Good location to the city centre amenities - taxi cost only around 3 euros to get there.

The location and the restaurant right next door were excellent. The bathroom was a little rundown and I had an issue with the bathroom door, but the staff was helpful. Not very soundproofed rooms but a pretty quiet area.

In general, the place is OK. I would not stay again. I’m gonna assume the guy who sits in the office is the owner, he doesn’t really have much of a way of explaining things you basically just come in and go to the room. He didn’t talk much, he couldn’t maybe, but he was making any effort either so, they have a lot to learn as far as hospitality is concerned. We managed everything except the water heater had to switch that you needed to keep on, we didn’t know that so we came from the beach and water was cold. We couldn’t take shower for hours because water heater was turned down by My Daughter accidentally. I wish we would’ve known how that part worked. In addition to that the beds are extremely uncomfortable. I got a back pain and day two. Parking option is good, but I didn’t know we were supposed to pay for it. She also didn’t explain how much we had to pay basically told me I owe him €70 when I was about to check out.
