As a 5-star hotel, there are lots of improvements needed in this hotel. The room we stayed has strong paint smell. The wash sinks are easily clogged. The water temperature of shower faucet is so difficult to adjust, it’s either burning hot or too cold. It can’t stay at warm level. We reserve the stay in the hotel for a friend's wedding held in the same hotel. All the guests suppose to receive welcome basket but nothing was delivered to our room.

Personalet har været generelt rigtig søde og gode til at hjælpe en. Men jeg ved ikke hvor jeg skal starte henne, da jeg synes der er så meget at skrive om. Der er ingen tvivl om at hotellet er et der skal fuldstændig renoveres over det hele. Det er møg slidt alle steder!

Personnel très attentionné

The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. However, the key card system was very inconvenient — it stopped working after almost every use, and we had to reset it repeatedly. This was quite frustrating and wasted a lot of time. Hoping the hotel can fix this issue soon.

The hotel is in a good central location. The view from our room was lovely. We went for dinner at the Skies ans that was a very nice meal with a view of the mosque. The food was great and good portion size. The main thing that disappointed was the rainfall shower in the room. It flooded the shower unit and went on to the main bathroom floor so was very slippery. We only used it once and used the smaller shower head after that. Overall the hotel is nice but just needs some attention to upkeep/ redecorating/refurbishment

Great stay wonderful time

Overall, a pretty average stay in an average room. The room and bathroom need some updating. There was a musty smell to the room and there appeared to be a water leak at some point as evidenced by watermarks on the wallpaper. The bathroom was odd... tub within the shower stall and an unusual setup with a rain shower head in addition to a detachable shower head/hose. The rooftop bar was nice for enjoying a cocktail and afforded us some spectacular views of the city.

The hotel is old and needs maintenance, especially the bathroom. However, the location is excellent, and there is a beautiful restaurant on the top floor of the hotel that I highly recommend visiting

This hotel has had better days in years past, let's hope they come back.

The telephone in the room was not working so could not call room service had to go downstairs into reception three times to ask him to fix the phone to fix the fridge for some more glassware for the room. Every time I was promised, I would go back up to my room and then need to come down to Reception again. I was sick and had no way of calling Reception to get any room service or any amenities to my room. I have made a formal complaint at the hotel with Guest Relations. The room quality is excellent and the hotel is in a good location but the service has dropped over the last 10 years since I’ve been staying at this hotel.

I am shocked with the WiFi not working in my last night and this spoiled all my entire stay in the hotel . This is not acceptable for such 5 star hotel not to have the WIFI SERVICE for 24 hours !!!!

Hermoso hotel ubicado en una excelente zona de Casablanca. Por lejos, la atención del personal ha sido la diferencia, especialmente los encargados de Conserjería que nos han dado excelentes recomendaciones y nos han ayudado en cada detalle que necesitamos.
