The room lacks TV and good caviars.

Rooms are not in good condition, toilet flush was broken. No shampoo conditioner, only body shower gel. No water at all at the restaurant, (not even for purchase). Bed sheets and duvet were not changed frequently.

This was the worst hotel we stayed at! We had a “non-smoking” room, but the rooms stank of smoke, the carpet in the room looked like someone had a party and didn’t clean up, the furniture should have been replaced 3 years ago and the bathroom were not only dirty but also falling apart. As we were traveling with friends we know that this was also the standard for their room. We often stay with Ibis, but will never stay at this location again.

The bed was clean but the room was in poor condition, the window safety tie was broken and the window could not be shut properly, the end curtain hooks were missing so curtain did not hang properly. The bathroom was disgusting, the sink was cracked in three places , the shower tiles/ mosaic were not very clean and the grout dirty, not that we used the shower because of the state. The paint work had seen better days, and the door frame had been worn, broken or rotted away at the base where it met the flower. It was definitely a third rate room. The saving grace for our visit to the Ibis Marrakech were the staff, they were polite, friendly and efficient. We ate dinner there and the dining room ambiance was oppressive, dark , dingy and far too large a room for the number of dinners, we two . The food was fine, as was the service .

Extremely run down. Bathroom floor looked like it was under construction & furniture kept snagging my clothes if you're standing near it. Shower door didn't shut properly so water very wet floor after.. no shampoo or conditioner - only soap provided. Far from everything so taxi is needed & very difficult to catch on street so need hotel to call for you with surcharge. Hallways have super dirty carpets. Staff was nice! Beds were accurately comfortable too! Good hot water + shower pressure. Enough space. Breakfast was tasty just not enough utensils, etc... Just can't believe it's an ibis comparing to their other locations around the world. (Think old motel type) Pricey. Survivable for 1-2 nights... These are all easy fixes if u wanna stay in business, so not sure why it's being neglected yet charging customers...
