肯兹索拉祖尔酒店

愉快的入住，酒店位置优越，靠近沿河大道，火车站等，距离老城也不远，早饭后可溜达到麦地那～

首先，我們在Expedia訂的是海景房，取房後發現是後街景房，我們立即致電前台及房務部，兩處也沒有人接聽。後來我們發現房內沒有電視搖控器，要求他們送回，也等了半小時。 於是我們直接走到酒台前台說明情況，職員只回答因為海景房滿客，未能安排。我們即時展示訂房證明，我們是已付費留海景房的，但職員只不停說沒有海景房，幫不了我們。期間她亦有向前台其他資深職員查詢，但那些職員只是黑面拒絕，完全沒有考慮我們已付費訂房的事實！實在另人氣憤！（已即時透過網頁向Expedia反映，但仍未得到回覆，唯有在此說明。） 其次check in時，夜更的職員已即時收取我們的城市稅，但在check out時，早更的職員態度不佳向我們表示未收取，我們又要再次說明，她們再翻查紀錄後，才表示其他同事已收取。 前台職員是很代表公司的形象，我們實在不明白為什麼他們的態度能這麼差劣？ 其他房內設備也可接受，惟空調系統是接駁中央系統，偶爾會有煙味傳出。（我訂禁煙房的，並對煙味很敏感，很少味道已會不適） 另外酒店面對的海景是漂亮的，位置也尚算方便，但整體來說，我也不會再選擇這樣的酒店。

Great location, good breakfast (coffee quality could be improved), and efficient check-in. However, several issues need attention: * Bathroom soap dispensers were dirty, rusty, and leaking. * Exterior sides of the room windows require cleaning. * Smoke from a neighboring room entered mine through the ventilation system, which was unacceptable. I do not smoke and should not have to deal with smoke in my room. * Hot water pressure in the shower was low, and it took a long time for the water to heat up. * Room 1615

Hi the hotel looked very nice & was refurbished to good standard. The staff was very nice especially the cleaner call Ghita. She cleaned the room very nice & was very helpful. I would definitely come back here again. Thank you Kind regards Arfan

We had a wonderful stay at Kenzi Solazur Hotel. A special thank you to Mariam and Ouisele for their outstanding customer service they were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. They answered all our questions and queries with professionalism and care. Their excellent service really made our experience memorable. Highly appreciated!

Quarto confortável (requer de alguns reparos), mas nada que comprometa a estadia, café da manhã excepcional, localização para mim perfeita, quartos com vista mar é incrível, estacionamento grátis com manobrista, esse é meu hotel favorito em Tanger.

Reception staff not good at dealing with issues and always long queues to be seen Twice I called reception to have someone to come and unlock my windows and no one turned up Also Air Conditioning wasn’t working I noticed a lot of people had the same issue Eventually they changed my room to sea view but it was very noisy outside at night Overall it’s not a hotel I would return to

I had a really time at this hotel. Looked very new & I was happy with the refurbishment. The cleaner was very good at her job called Geeta - was very helpful. Thanks Arfan Hussain

Très bon hôtel bien situé.

Hotel was nice, unfortunately the pool was being renovated and parts of the hotel. Although we did know this before we arrived. So scored amenities lower. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. We had a sea view which was nice, but the room was hot, already moved rooms once so decided to stay with room even though couldn’t get air con to work. Had windows open but the busy Main Street was noisy with racers during the night. Good location, walkable from port. Old town, shopping and restaurants all nearby. Lovely sandy beach across the road. Beach was very littered though. All in all good hotel for Tangiers.

Although advertised, all the hotel's facilities are under construction. We chose this site for the gym and pool, which are both closed.

Hôtel de bon standing. Seul bémol: La salle qui permet de visualiser les matchs de foot est mal gérée.

Location, breakfast great.

Bon accueil, Hôtel bien placé, globalement très propre, À noter : Hôtel, en rénovation où il est urgent de changer les huisseries pour l'isolation phonique. Le bruit des voitures et des klaxons toute la nuit, ne facilitent pas le sommeil.

Gorgeous property, spectacular views and excellent breakfast. I’m sure will be even better after renovations!

- Room was clean with a nice view to the beach - Hotel staff was nice and helpful - Ramadan changed a lot of things. It would have been helpful to give info to the customers, since we know nothing about it. For example the spa was closed, but we didn't know about it. - There are some renovations going on and we couldn't use the gym. Again, it wasn't mentioned anywhere. - There's a bar at the hotel restaurant, but because it's a muslim country, the seleccion is not wide.

Lovely modern, clean hotel in a great location. This is located on the main corniche opposite the beach and a walk away from the medina, Kasbah etc. Didn’t get to use the pool as closed until warmer weather but it looked nice. Breakfast was 10 euros per day per person and was a good buffet selection of hot and cold foods. Basket parking very easy and helpful. Overall very pleasant stay and would stay here again
