Gym advertised on-site has no weights - even though it is identified with a "weights" symbol on the door. The gym consists of 4 machines: two stationary bikes, a stair stepper, a treadmill, and resistance bands, and a heavy bag on the floor. Front desk Staff and manager waere patronizing when I was visibly agitated about attempting to resolve a problem on my own (which would have taken 30 seconds). Serious privacy breach occurred - staff entered room while I was napping and did not provide prior warning - sent a formal complaint to ACCOR which has not yet been addressed. Breakfast is pretty good, though offerings may vary and may not have a full selection early in the morning. Probably not worth pre-paying, pay in DHM on the spot instead.

Unfortunately, this is a very dated hotel which requires deep cleaning and major upgrade and overhaul in every aspect. I can’t understand how Novotel chain allows the hotel to carry its name.

Le ménage n’était pas bien fait dans la chambre et beaucoup de poussière également et c’était allergisant et très dommage. Par contre le personnel était sympa. Merci beaucoup au personnel du petit déjeuner qui était professionnel et très agréable. Un grand merci à Raja, Icram, Mohamed, Ousine ainsi que les autres qui se sont bien occupés de nous. Je recommande donc cet hôtel mais surveillez bien le ménage s’il vous plaît. Merci

Location was the ok, but the rooms were very dated and not well maintained. No TV apps, so not good for visitors who don’t speak the local language

In such a prestige area hivernage, rooms are poor and the whole hotel needs updating, as an international brand this does not meet the standards of other novotels across the world. Toilet is separate to main bathroom. Rooms are poorly outdated and bland no toothpaste provided, this is a 3 star hotel at max, I paid £324 for 3 nights it was only worth £150, I’ve stayed in ibis hotels which are much cheaper and better. Very poor

Utrolig nedslidt hotel. Hårde, dårlige senge og en ualmindelig langsom, gammeldags og omstændig indtjekning på trods af, at vi på forhånd havde udfyldt en masse på nettet. Morgenmaden var dårlig og uappetitlig

Bad room, poor customer service at the front desk.. no amenities in the room

Rooms are not as clean as the lobby. Especially rooms and hallways smeels bad and not cleaned regularly

到着初日、シャワールームを使用したところ排水が詰まっており、シャワーを使用すると石鹸水が洗面室（隣接）に漏水してしまった。フロントに修繕を依頼したところ、作業員が来て何かの薬剤を排水口にふりかけ最小限(超若干) 改善はしたものの、全く不満足だったため、更に改善または部屋の交換を申し入れたところ、「待っていれば排水するようになった。何が不満なのか分からない。部屋の交換は受け入れられない。」と強く拒否されたため、７泊間、漏水しないようにシャワー水を極力絞ってシャワーを使用せざるを得なかった。

Si un Marocain arrive avec une requête à la réception pendant votre check-in ou si un coup de téléphone entrant en langue arabe se présente et bien vous, le client, vous attendez.....!! Ceci n' est pas absolument pas normal pour un établissement de ce groupe français de renommée mondiale. Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant en terme de proposition de produits. Par contre la carcasse proposée n'est absolument pas adapté. La chambre est correcte avec bien évidemment les imperfections locales quant à la qualité de l'entretien du matériel.

Everything was in good working order, in what I think was the best area to stay in Marrakech. We were able to easily walk everywhere from this central location, and felt very safe near high end hotels. Lovely part of town. The room has a small fridge and microwave, so we made our breakfast. Very comfortable room and quiet. .microwave,

It’s was sufficient for an overnight to wait for a delayed flight but not for days on end unless you are on a tight budget of $100 a night.

Great service, friendly atmosphere. I would recommend.

Clean room, plaisant staff.

The room is outdated and needs refurb.
