酒店很漂亮 但有點日久失修 特別房间被套很殘舊

刚入medina边上，有点曲折的巷子里，离Djemaa el Fna很近，里面很华丽精致的阿拉伯风，但由于员工安排出了点小误会，原本我们的房已安排出去了，所以第一天是住一个2楼的大床房，第二天我们又必须换到原来的双床房，房间无论是哪个都很好，就是没有电梯，住天台很舒服但扛行李有点辛苦，幸好员工都帮忙。酒店餐厅挺贵的，但起码我们没有拉肚子（外面广场那些吃了拉肚子）

Riad stupendo, tutto perfetto

The property was beautiful and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only downfall is that some of the rooms open to very public areas. Would definitely stay there again - in the heart of the Medina with restaurant, bar and small spa. The Hammam bath was fantastic!

Our room was nice. Not happy that the hotel Did not honor the Spa Credit that came with the Expedia purchase. Worst part was that the hot water ran out mid shower and turned ice cold. They contacted the plumber before escorting me to the spa to use that shower.

Excellent location to reach sites inside of Medina, but to catch a taxi to go outside of it! Palais Sebban is an authentic beautiful riad, staff is genuinely helpful and there for your needs( Youssef, Omar, Sofia, Mona), the atmosphere is from Arabian Nights !!!! Highly recommended for people appreciating authenticity and historical experience!

Fantastiskt fint ställe och väldigt trevlig personal! God frukost men tyvärr kan man inte lita på taxi servicen till flygplatsen som de beställer. Två gånger har jag testat och ena gången kom ingen i en bil alls och andra gången kom den 25 minuter försent

A absolutely beautiful place, much more than we expected. The staff was amazing. A 10 out of 10. Great location. Great breakfast, restaurant and cozy bar. So enjoyed my stay. The rating on Expedia should be Excellent.

Tutto perfetto,riad affascinante in tutti i particolari. L'architettura e le decorazioni di parti comuni e della stanza semplicemente splendide. Un piacere semplicemente vagare nelle stanze e nella terrazza per assoprare atmosfere di altri tempi. La nostra stanza deluxe nel patio Kasiak, se ricordo bene, non faceva invidiare le sale del Visir di palazzo Bahia. Cena musicale del venerdì a bordo piscina ottima. Colazione eccellente con buffet ricco e vario, incomprensibile chi si lamenta. Non avrei dubbi su dove soggiornare la prossima volta a Marrakech.

This is a fantastic Riad very conveniently located. The property has 3 pools (small in size but very beautiful), lots of different lounge areas. Great restaurant with fantastic food! Great selection of alcohol. Breakfast is absolutely the best we had in all of Morocco! The staff is super friendly, helpful and very nice. The bed, bedding, towels were fantastic! The only problem is the room we got. There are probably better rooms available but the one we had was small, AC was loud (it was a very old model), shower head was not spraying the water well and it was not possible to keep it in a good position for a proper shower. The door to the bathroom has a very nice design but it is a see through door which makes all the noises and smells go through. Otherwise it is absolutely the best Riad we stayed at in Morocco!
