Overall, I had a mixed experience at this place. The staff were absolutely amazing 10/10. Everyone was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, which really made a difference during my stay. However, there were a few downsides. The breakfast became repetitive, as the same items were served every day, which got tiring after a while. I also noticed that the bedsheets were only changed every two days, which wasn’t very comfortable for me. The Wi-Fi was another issue it only worked properly at the reception area. Thankfully, I had my own data; otherwise, staying connected would have been difficult. As for the spa, the hammam experience wasn’t great, but on a positive note, the massage itself was very good and relaxing. In summary, the staff and massage were highlights, but improvements are needed with the Wi-Fi, housekeeping frequency, breakfast variety, and hammam experience.

Det var et lille værelse, hvor vi skulle kravle op i sengen fra enden af og det var såå koldt, det trak ind af vinduerne. Der var dog en lille el radiator, som ikke hjalp meget Personale venligt og hjælpsom, men ventede hver morgen mellem 20 -30 minutter på både kaffe samt mad, hvor brødet var meget tørt. Skulle hele tiden bede om at få noget ) kaffe æg mm ). Intet kom af sig selv og der var såå kold hvor morgenmad blev serveret at næsten alle gæster sad med overtøj på. Servicen var ej heller ren. Det var hånd opvask og der var ikke termokander nok til alle kunne få kaffe. Det lever IKKE OP TIL FIRE STJERNER

Die Atmosphäre war einfach fantastisch! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das tägliche Frühstück am Pool genossen.

We had a room on the groundfloor with access to the picturesque patio. It was very quiet. There is a large beautiful terrace, a quite big plunge pool in another patio. All very beautiful. Service is great, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location of the Riad outside the medina is actually an advantage as the area is not as loud and crowded. We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay!

My friends and I had an amazing stay. From our pickup at the airport to on site spa services to amazing breakfast I can't recommend this location more. Thank you to the amazing staff for your wonderful restaurant recommendation and help navigating the city.

Les points positifs c’est la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité de la literie , de la décoration traditionnelle, et du petit déjeuner ! Le seul point «  négatif » c’est le long chemin pendant 5 minutes à faire à pied dans des petites ruelles qui sont pas très hospitalières ! Sinon RAS 💕

This hotel is really decorated beautifully but was not my favorite riad we stayed at as some of the staff was not that helpful/welcoming. However, there were a few members who were far more helpful, really depended on who you dealt with. I also thought the area around the riad was a bit more dodgy than other areas we stayed in. If I were a female traveling alone I would recommend other areas. The rooms were nice and had air con which was nice. The breakfast was also great!

3 stars at best. We just stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel left a lot to be desired. First off the WiFi connectivity is absolutely horrible unless you are standing by reception. We basically had no internet in our room and none in the roof top lounge area. Our room was right by the common area so it was very loud at night and in the morning. The doors are a joke and offer no privacy and sound proofing same goes with the windows. The location is good if you want to be in the old town and it's about a 20 minute walk to get to the new area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Note that you have to pay a local tax for each room night stay per person.

Ce riad est absolument magnifique! Je le recommande à tout le monde sans aucune hésitation. Le personnel fut adorable et efficace. J'ai voyagé avec une amie à moi, nous étions donc deux filles seules au Maroc, ce qui n'est pas vraiment recommandé. Et ils ont pris soin de nous jusqu'à la dernière minute. Un jeune homme du Riad nous a même accompagné jusqu'à notre taxi le dernier jour. Service impeccable, propreté irréprochable et accueil parfait! Sans oublier que le lieu est très beau avec une piscine agréable, voire même indispensable en été ;) .

Un vrai havre de paix au cœur de la médina. Très bel établissement, étonnement spacieux pour un riad : 4 patios, une piscine et une très grande terrasse ! Mais un peu déçue de la taille de la chambre Supérieure qui était plutôt comme la chambre Standard des photos... Personnel adorable, petits déjeuners délicieux, lieu reposant, très bon rapport qualité/prix ... je n’hésiterai pas à revenir ! Coup de cœur !

C'était notre 4ème séjour à Al Jazira et, encore une fois ce fût un super moment .Ce qui est unique à Al Jazira ,c'est cette atmosphère particulière : un doux mélange de plénitude, de sérénité et de nonchalance Marocaine . Un grand merci à toute l'équipe qui est toujours disponible et souriante .Un salut partculier à Abou ,pour sa bonne humeur tous les matins et un service irréprochable

The property was perfectly located, have a great staff that was very attentive, and ownership bent over backwards to make the visit a pleasure. Will certainly recommend to anyone visiting Marrakesh for the first time or any returns there after.

Vi var 6 vuxna i var sitt rum. Genom nöjda med frösha spännande rum. Hörlig takterrass Mycket märklig entré till riad , var tvungen att huka sig pga lågt tak. Men väl inne fräscht och stora ytor. Inte att rekommendera för rullstols bundna.

We had an amazing last night in Morocco here. Although hard to find, we were so happy with our stay! Abu was incredible at check in, giving us a tour and ensuring we were happy and comfortable. Breakfast was good compared to our other hotels - but sitting by the pool while we ate made it amazing.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my mom in the junior suite, it’s a lovely establishment. First and foremost, the front desk host for the evening/night/early morning is amazing! He checked us in and got all of our requests taken care of in a very timely manner and is always happy to help. For our early morning departure on the last day, he served us breakfast with very fast service, organized a taxi for a very reasonable price and moved all of our luggage to the taxi stan!! For this, I am giving a 5 Star for service! the day shift staff are ok. Medina is very chaotic but this part of the Medina is nice and quiet, other parts I say avoid staying. All the hustle and bustle does get too much! I think my experience here was good but not spetacular. The pool is great for cooling off. Value for money is good. We had a living room downstairs (no ac, so it can get hot), Private Stairs to bedroom (yes ac, but it’s hard to find a perfect temperature, directly over the bed so if you leave it on it’s too cold with the thin layer of cover, if you turn it off it’s too hot in summer) and bathroom and Terrace entry. There’s restoration, construction going on for some part of the roads that you have to pass by, it’s all muddy and dirty. (But that’s almost everywhere) Breakfast is nice and I’ll say give this a go if you want to experience a nice Medina riad experience.
