里亚德费斯 - 罗莱夏朵酒店

本來訂了2晚在網上付了全款，但去到酒店說有一晚沒房，我就搞不懂既然接受了全款而为什麼沒房？有點不能接受！然後就把我們安排到另外一间酒店..所以感覺有點不太好，雖然補尝了早餐給我們..酒店其他都非常好，環境，房間，服務都不錯的...

酒店房间不多 位置还可以 周围可以逛的地方也比较多

Great hotel, very well decorated while maintain local feel. Quite in the medina but porter can assist you in coming in and out. Super great breakfast and make to order.

Rooms need some up-keeping But their quality is excellent their infrastructure is palatial and their staff is well trained and very knowledgeable and want to help at all times Laundry services are of the highest quality and their restaurant at night is beautiful and excellent food and service. The spa is ok and their services are average.

Riad Fes did everything to make my birthday special. Everyone went above and beyond, they surprised us with an upgrade to the Royal Suite, which was absolutely gorgeous: spacious, beautifully decorated, bathtub and so comfortable. The entire riad feels luxurious yet warm, and the staff were attentive, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, the location is great, and the whole experience felt special. Would happily revisit Fes for a special occassion in future, it will hold a special place in our hearts

Positivo: hotel bien situado, personal amable, limpieza, buffet desayuno completo. Negativo: insonorización habitación (Masria) deficiente, ruido del patio, ruido escalera y ruido habitación contigua. No se puede descansar bien.

Courteous and very attentive staff. Very polite. Beautiful facility. Very clean. Very well maintained. Rooftop bar has great view of the Medina and city. Walking distance to markets in Medina. Breakfast at the Riad was great. Had dinner twice - good food. Did not have time to enjoy spa services.

Best place in Fès by far

My family’s stay at this Riad was beyond memorable.All the 4 of us loved every detail of the Riad .The staff couldn’t be more professional or nicer and to name a couple Anwar and Aya .The location was perfect allowing us to access the Old Town as well as the rest .The decoration was breathtakingly beautiful and authentic .We were upgraded to an amazing room on the roof top .Breakfast, the bar , the dining were all excellent .Would highly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez.

Hotel is beautiful and secluded. Yet close yo everything you need in the Medina. The food was great. And staff was helpful

予約段階から期待していましたが、実際は期待以上のもので最高なステイとなりました！ 価格はそれなりに高いですが、リヤド全体のイメージ、仕上がり、部屋の内装、プール、すべてにわたって上質で心地よいものでした。 スタッフの方々もみなさん笑顔で優しくもてなしてくださいました。 どこを見ても綺麗に掃除ができていて毎朝食はプールサイドですが、小鳥のさえずりが響き、とても爽やかです。 主人がバースデーとうことでサプライズケーキのお祝いをしていただけました。 リヤド内の様々なシーンを思い描いては今も幸せな気持ちになります。

Small luxury hotel with beautifully decorated rooms and interior. Friendly staff and specially Zahra who made all arrangements for guides and chauffeur for us. I highly reccomend.

This riad was stunning, the details are amazingly aesthetically appealing, the stained glass windows gave the most stunning reflection when the sun was shining in. Our room was also beautiful with many small Moroccan touches. The bed was comfortable with different types of pillows which I really appreciated. Our room has delicious Moroccan cookies and dates. What i really loved was our bathroom has black soap and clay, I really did want to try this before purchasing, riad Fes gave me the chance. We were welcomed by Anwar who greeted us with speaking wine and Moroccan nibbles. He provided us with good information on Fes. The staff service is excellent at riad fes. Anwar and Maha were very hospitable. You must try the Moroccan Rose cocktail made by the barman Abdul, it probably was the best cocktail Iv had. The breakfast was also delicious, there is a continental buffet, and you can also order hot breakfast too which was included in our stay. I really did appreciate the porter Abdulraq. He was helpful with our luggage, our car was parked quite far.

Gorgeous property with exceptionally helpful staff. They made us feel right at home from the start.
