本來訂了2晚在網上付了全款，但去到酒店說有一晚沒房，我就搞不懂既然接受了全款而为什麼沒房？有點不能接受！然後就把我們安排到另外一间酒店..所以感覺有點不太好，雖然補尝了早餐給我們..酒店其他都非常好，環境，房間，服務都不錯的...

酒店房间不多 位置还可以 周围可以逛的地方也比较多

Great hotel, very well decorated while maintain local feel. Quite in the medina but porter can assist you in coming in and out. Super great breakfast and make to order.

Beautiful hotel! The location in the medina can be difficult to navigate on your own, but the staff are very helpful in assisting with transportation. The pool, dinner, and breakfast were especially nice, making the hotel a beautiful oasis in the midst of a busy (and sometimes overwhelming) city.

Amazing and stunning Riad, 1001 night feeling. Super Friendly staff but not always as professional as you would expect. But all in all amazing and relaxed atmosphere. Probably the best roof top bar of Fez

The Riad Fes was one of the most striking hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The rooftop was wonderful and it was a great experience overall. The only downside was that we reserved two rooms and they ended up being far from each other.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The photos do not do justice to the exquisite furnishings and architecture. We had booked a Classic room which was beautiful - stained glass windows overlooking an internal plant filled courtyard. We were then offered an upgrade for our second night and found ourselves with a stunning rooftop suite with private terrace. We ate in the hotel restaurant for both evenings and food was delicious. Breakfasts were also memorable. Staff were wonderful and we were very sad to leave. So many thoughtful touches to make for a perfect visit. We will return! Thank you.

It is gorgeous!

The suite was huge and beautifully decorated. A huge basket of fruit, dates and Moroccan pastries was on offer as a welcome gift. We had a courtyard to ourselves.

The staff were marvellous so kind and helpful and our room was magnificent The view from our private terrace was breathtaking
