Very very bad experience,I was already at midnight because of the delayed arrival of my flight.The hotel counter staff, even the computer system does not check, I told me that I did not make a reservation.When I provided the reservation-related information, he told me impatiently that I only had one order, but I clearly provided him with two order numbers. I was required to pay another day.I don't know which part of the problem is wrong? But I know clearly that I booked 10/12 and 10/13 for two days on 10/7, and the fee has been paid. But the fact is, I can't stay. It is in the middle of the night.

This hotel charged me twice for one room. Please be aware when you make a reservation and make sure they do the correct payment.

Loved the air conditioning, loved the staff, loved the breakfast.

I arrived at the hotel very late after a 4‑hour flight delay with LAM, so I was already exhausted. Check‑in was quick and easy, which I appreciated. However, the first room I was given had a non‑functional air conditioner. I was moved to a second room, but unfortunately I found a bed bug there, which was extremely disappointing given how tired I was. I was then switched to a third room, which was adequate, and I managed to sleep for about three hours before heading back to Europe. Overall, the staff tried to help, but the room issues made the stay far from comfortable. I hope the hotel addresses these problems so future guests have a better experience.

At evening time, the prostitutes in the dining room makes it NOT family friendly!

Todo muy correcto. El desayuno mejorable en cuanto a variedad.

The towels were never changed from 3, we left,The toilet dustbin was never emptied till we left, 1 breakfast menu daily with scrambled eggs that we don’t eat , very rude staff @ the kitchen ,very small rooms 😡

Staff were amazing. Were allowed a late check out which was fabulous. Hair dryer in room was awesome as was the rain shower! Breakfast is simple but sufficient - all self service but good. I didn’t expect hot breakfast but there is.

Staff were great, rooms are small but well designed, note if travelling for work that the WiFi doesn’t reach all rooms.

Was on a business trip for 2 days. I always stat this hotel even during holidays to Maputo with family. Perfectly located. On the water front, great sea views, good & safe walking & attached a to shopping centre.
