Very very bad experience,I was already at midnight because of the delayed arrival of my flight.The hotel counter staff, even the computer system does not check, I told me that I did not make a reservation.When I provided the reservation-related information, he told me impatiently that I only had one order, but I clearly provided him with two order numbers. I was required to pay another day.I don't know which part of the problem is wrong? But I know clearly that I booked 10/12 and 10/13 for two days on 10/7, and the fee has been paid. But the fact is, I can't stay. It is in the middle of the night.

This hotel charged me twice for one room. Please be aware when you make a reservation and make sure they do the correct payment.

At evening time, the prostitutes in the dining room makes it NOT family friendly!

The towels were never changed from 3, we left,The toilet dustbin was never emptied till we left, 1 breakfast menu daily with scrambled eggs that we don’t eat , very rude staff @ the kitchen ,very small rooms 😡

Staff were amazing. Were allowed a late check out which was fabulous. Hair dryer in room was awesome as was the rain shower! Breakfast is simple but sufficient - all self service but good. I didn’t expect hot breakfast but there is.

Staff were great, rooms are small but well designed, note if travelling for work that the WiFi doesn’t reach all rooms.

Was on a business trip for 2 days. I always stat this hotel even during holidays to Maputo with family. Perfectly located. On the water front, great sea views, good & safe walking & attached a to shopping centre.

Fiquei hospedada ao todo por 10 dias. O motivo da viagem era trabalho. O hotel é novo e moderno e talvez o melhor em maputo em relação a isso. Mas, sua localização não é muito privilegiada. Caso o hospede tenha carro ou não se incomode a se locomover de taxis ou carros de aplicativo, em 15 minutos está no centro da cidade. No entanto, não tem como fazer programações à pé. O ponto alto do hotel é que ele fica localizado dentro do complexo de um shopping, o que eu acredito que seja atualmente o melhor shopping que tem em Maputo. Por isso, existem muitas opções de restaurantes, um supermercado, cafeteria, local para realizar câmbios e caixas eletrônicos para saques. Então as facilidades são muito boas. O que compensa uma vez que o hotel não tem restaurante ou serviço de quarto. No mais, o café da manhã é gostoso, os funcionários são extremamente educados e receptivos, o ambiente da piscina é agradável e os quartos são confortáveis, modernos e limpos. É uma excelente opção para quem procura por conforto com excelente custo benefício.

Great for a quick stay. I got a sea facing room by chance and it was gorgeous. The breakfast was mediocre but the staff were really attentive - even getting me some food when I came down too late. This place doesn't have a gym and the rooms are small, so don't come here if you want to spend loads of time in the hotel. It's attached to a mall so food and shopping are very convenient.

The service staff were excellent. Hotel offer basic comforts but clean and neat. Clients were making alot of noise throughout the night outside our room. This should not have been allowed. Otherwise no complaints

Room is small but clean. Aircon was not working for 1 night but the maintenance team fixed it on the next day.
