Very friendly and helpful staff. If you come from the airport get a Grab taxi not the ones that find you. It should be around 5-10000kyat and about 15-20mins to get there if traffic is ok. Good breakfast. Beautiful to sit and read either by pool, in garden or under a tree with feet in the sand by the river. Found a Norwegian book in their library which they where kind to lend me on my trip to Bagan. And upon check out they let me stay until 6pm as my bus left late. Great view, good food and affortable beer at the roof top restaurant. I will definetly return.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Great swimming pool beside the river. Only downside was the loud music each evening coming from the restaurant which usually lasted until about midnight (please turn the music down a little).

stayed in many hotels in Yangon. but this very far the most disappointing. first room they give me, electricity trips non stop. Technicians couldn't solve it too. Asked for a room change, and wifi is perpetually non existent, my bedsheets are dirty too. a chat with another guest during breakfast reveals he has the same wifi connection issue too. Only in the hotel lobby wifi is more stable, wifi is the basic requirements. I know it's not fault of staff but management should seriously look into the things mentioned. I am not too sure how it got it's good ratings from..

Staff were very helpful. Hotel quite out of the way so difficult to get taxis. Hotel restaurant not a great amount of choice, unless you want noodles or rice. Room was nice but hot water didn't really work.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so amazing, they were so friendly, polite and respectful. We felt like we were VIPs the entire stay. They certainly looked after us. Not much to do in the local area but the hotel gym, spa and pool keep you entertained. We would most definitely stay here again. THANK YOU!
