Only 2 good points of this hotel is good view and service. The hotel in on the river bank. Nice view and the staff has service mind but none of them can speak English well. But they try to understand what I said. For first room that I had, door can't be locked. So I go to reception. They give me another room the next room I can't turn on air condition. (this is because the facility problem in yangon), they send handy boy to fix for me. -the room is not quite clean. There was small hair in toilet. Scrub in toilet bowl. Towel smell no good. - breakfast is fair for this price. Don't expect too much. - location is far from street. If you don't have car, you can't get the cab in front of hotel. I drive my own car to this hotel. It 's difficult to find. And the name of hotel on the building is not the same as on the voucher.
