我訂是湖景房，由於安排在下面最低一層，只看到一丁點湖景，根本不應該說是湖景房，另外半夜一點外面有男人大叫，被嘈醒，另外一朝早7:30開始，有拖拉鐵皮的聲音，有工程，根本不能睡，太嘈吵了，但職員很好，我需要兩張床，我訂的是小型套房只有一張大床，酒店也願意免費幫我加一張床，值得稱讚，亦有免費接駁車出機場，值得一讚，但早餐款式太少，及很多人可能是31/12

The staff was amazing, the room was gorgeous and the bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel and views from the hotel were amazing. The staff was very attentive and courteous. We had an issue with the drain in the shower draining properly, but the staff quickly cleaned up the mess and repaired the problem.

The Bar Peepal Resort exceeded our expectations. The staff was excellent from the moment we arrived until we left. They were friendly, always eager to help, always smiling, and went the extra mile. They immediately told us about activities we might enjoy and booked a Hot Air Balloon excursion, a highlight, and a massage at their lovely spa. The food at the restaurant was amazing - with views of the lake and the lakeside town. We highly recommend this truly wonderful hotel!

Super helpful front desk! Kindly worked through our multiple requests with grace. Rooms were very comfy. There are no elevators, so ask for lower rooms if you have trouble with stairs.

I was trekking in Nepal and stayed here before and after my trek. This hotel is excellent. The stay is friendly, the manager Kamal is an amazing host and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Restaurant staff like Rhitika and Balen go above and beyond. Views from the room and the pool are magnificent!

The staff at this property is above and beyond. We wound up having to stay last minute and longer than anticipated and they worked with me every step of the way. It’s clean and safe and although it’s a steep walk up, it provides a beautiful view of the city.

Location tranquilla ma a 15 minuti a piedi dal lungolago. Travel desk alla reception molto buono. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Non c'è l'ascensore e se la camera è al terzo o quarto piano è una fatica. Comunque da consigliare.

I used Bar Peepal Resort as a base before and after a three-day trek to Mardi Himal viewpoint, without any expectations beyond being a place to stay. I was so pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness and friendliness of all the staff. It felt more like I was staying at a bed and breakfast and the feeling of being at home that that brings. They gave me advice on the city, helped me to organize transfers to the airport, and generally made me feel incredibly welcome in Pokhara and excited on the about the adventure I was about to take.

Love this place, nice and quiet. Everyone was very friendly, specially manager Kamal Paudel. We had some issue with booking and he resolved it right away. He is very professional and polite. Breakfast was good, lot of varieties. Highly recommended and will definitely stay there again.

Excellent customer service from all the staff, always willing to help! The room was cleaned to the highest standard every single day and the food was delicious. Overall our stay in BerPeepal was very pleasant and would definitely recommend!

Great location but most impressed by the staff. They were very friendly and helpful from the front desk, dining area, housekeeping, and most of all Shankar, the concierge. Facilities were clean and breakfast was good. Highly recommend this resort and would go again in the future.

10 star property! Clean, comfortable rooms with gorgeous views of Pewa lake. Gorgeous Pool and garden. Lovely spa. Delicious breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelets. A relaxing and peaceful place which is a 15 minute walk to Lakeside shopping and tourist attractions. The wonderful hotel staff made this hotel truly exceptional. Their warmth, courtesy, and kindness were outstanding. They sent a shuttle to the airport to pick me up, drove me to a neighboring yoga class, and even got a surprise cake to celebrate my birthday since I was alone. A million thanks to a hotel that deserves to be a destination in itself.
