It was an excellent experience staying at this hotel. Staffs were great and the rooms were awesome. Highly knowledgable naturalists and friendly owner. They are always ready to help guests. Centerpark Resort made my Sauraha experience marvellous.

We enjoyed our time at Center Park. They organized our elephant safari and taxis into town which was just a five minute drive. The staff were very friendly and the pool was a nice break from the heat. It was a bit dirty but the stagf cleaned it when we asked. Also, the ac doesn’t work with power outages so I would recommend going in the cooler season if possible. The buffet they offered was mainly indian food and tasted good, but overall the food was a bit overpriced for Nepal in our opinion. Overall we had a good time there, and we felt we got a pretty good deal.

The location is very far from the beach. The yard and hotel is very nice but staff are not very good at all.
The breakfast is very bad. only traditional food.

The customer service is very bad in this hotel. Very average rooms than what i had expected. The rooms were quite dirty. There are so many beautiful hotels right at the main center of sauraha.
