I absolutely loved my stay in this Hotel! I visited Kathmandu for a week for work. And at the end of a tiring day, the warmth of the Hotel staff and the comfort of the clean soft bed was sooo rewarding. The Wifi was good. On few occasions that it faltered a mere phone call to the reception would set it right within minutes. They answered all my questions regarding the city sightseeing that I did over the weekend. They also arranged a car at 4 am for going to see sunrise (and back) at Nagarkote, which was an hour's drive away. I am leaving a positive review because the facilities and services surpassed, by far, my expectations for an accommodation worth $27/night! If I return to Kathmandu, even as a tourist, I shall stay with them again. The only hitch I faced was: They were overbooked on the 1st night that I arrived and they put me in another Hotel. Although they claimed that the other Hotel is providing me with exactly the same quality room, it was not so. Maybe, the administration should look into this issue, because similar things seemed to have happened to a few other guests. However, the rest of the stay (7 days) was so good that I am willing to come back and stay with them, every time I come to Kathmandu. Suggestions to the reception staff: When guests check in, you should tell them: (1) that hot water comes in the tap after one lets them run for 5 minutes, (2) that rooms will be cleaned only if the guests ask for it (which can be done daily).
