Pictures of the hotel on the booking page do not represent this property accurately leading to expectations that were unfortunately not met. The bathrooms were not very clean and showed signs of mold on the ceilings. The beds were very uncomfortable. Check-in time was significantly delayed, not accurate to the property description, and they were not ready for us on arrival.

No drinking water provide by them. No hotwater provide by them. rooms are dirty and stinky. Manager behaviour was like local goon. Abusing you and your site, he didn't provide room to us. we had paid whole amount 15 days before.

Die Unterkunft ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber das erkennt man auch gut auf den Fotos. Man ist also nicht überrascht. Die Dachterasse ist richtig gut 👍

Best hotel

The staff were very polite and helpful. No one hassled us about anything. This is a very nice place to stay.

The neighborhood is quiet (the only thing is the barking dogs every night, but you cannot help it), not far from Thamel and the big spots but quiet though. The breakfast is great and consistant, hashed brown potatoes, vegetables, eggs, bread, jam, drinks. You will eat it listening to traditional Indian/Nepalese music, which is really relaxing. The room is very nice, comfy, with inside bathroom and hot shower. I highly recommend this place.

Very poor maintenance:- 1. Room fan was not working well, unable to control the speed. 2. Bathroom basin tap not working also. I have highlighted to hotel staffs, but they advised me to control the main tap under the basin. 3. Door knob also damaged, unable to open & always stuck!! In summary, very poor maintenance!!

Average stay, excellent staff. The owner tried to charge me again for the stay, despite I have had already paid to Expedia. I I really did not like it. But in the end everything went well.

DIRty, dingy, badly maintained, rude staff. When I left they made me pay again. Even though I had prepaid on the website. They tried to convince me I had not paid. I had to check my balance and show them it hadn’t gone through. They still wouldn’t accept so I had to call hotels.com and get the money to talk to the reception. Hotels.com had to refund me and I hadn’t to pay in cash. They wouldnt let me leave the hotel even though it was paid. When it was all over he had such a smarmy look on his face.

Ik kreeg eerst een eigen kamer maar in die kamer deden de lampen het amper, was het douchewater echt smerig en had ik het gevoel dat de ventilator elk moment op mijn hoofd kon vallen. Daarna wel een dorm kamer gekregen en die was opzich prima. Heel klein en matige badkamer maar voor deze prijs prima! Personeel was behulpzaam en vriendelijk en het ontbijt is heerlijk!! Locatie is goed, in Thamel.

観光しやすい立地にあるが、夜は比較的静かでした。コーヒー、紅茶のサービスも有り、従業員は親切でベッドも清潔、居心地の良いホテルです。 空港まで無料のピックアップもあるので助かりました。
