银之家酒店 - 青年旅舍

good for stay. convenient location.

後面是夜店，晚上要到11點左右才比較安靜。我訂了含早餐的住宿，但服務人員堅持沒有，即便我把預約單給他看都沒用！除此之外，一切都還可以。

里面多数是住的西方人，酒店好像不愿意中国人入住，如果你去酒店前台定，他会告诉你无房，然后我在网上定的。

就是位置在市中心，其他条件都很差

入住当晚居然没为我们预留房间而把我们转到了旁边条件更差的旅店，要知道我们是事先付了全款的。此外该旅店的各项条件都与价格不匹配，热水不热没办法洗浴，设施陈旧，上网速度奇慢。我们后来换到了其他地理位置更好且条件也不错又有热水还价格便宜的旅店，好像这类性价比高的旅店在泰米尔地区不止一家。 前台的服务态度还不错，是唯一值得称赞之处。

预定并支付了两晚的住宿，由于航班的延误，第一晚未能入住，手机也不能拨出，未能及时通知酒店，但当第二晚到达酒店时，酒店居然没有为我们保留第二晚的房间。最好只能让我们住进一间只有一张小床的房间，阴暗潮湿。感觉很不好。不过老板还算客气。酒店就在Thamel区，购物饮食都很方便。酒店在小巷子里，晚上相对还比较安静。

The staff are super helpful, kind and easygoing. The location is set back from the immediate busyness of Thamel to feel like a bit of a refuge.

Very poor maintenance:- 1. Room fan was not working well, unable to control the speed. 2. Bathroom basin tap not working also. I have highlighted to hotel staffs, but they advised me to control the main tap under the basin. 3. Door knob also damaged, unable to open & always stuck!! In summary, very poor maintenance!!

Stannade bara en natt men möttes av en mycket välkomnande personal. Supertrevliga varenda gång vi möttes. Rummet var liten men hade det nödvändiga, en stor säng och en privat toalett/dusch. Saknades dock ett handfat. Wifi bra!

チェックイン時部屋を移動する旨案内されましたが、次の日に確認すると、同じ部屋を使えるように調整してくれていました。 ホットシャワーも十分に使えましたし屋上からの景色も綺麗でした。 一つだけ要望があるとすれば、場所が一番奥まったところで手前に何の看板もありません。最初は迷う所にあるのが難点かと思います。 スタッフはいつも笑顔で応対してくれました。本当にありがとうございました。

Dont make traval contract for trecking...double price than other..

Lets start with a good point. The only good thing about this hotel were the staffs. They were friendly and always willing to help but the condition of the hotel was so appalling that nothing could be done to improve our stay. First of all,it is a mission to get to the hotel unless you take a taxi.The floors were so dirty, i could not literally take off my shoes. Bedsheets, blankets looked unwashed and stinky. Toilets were filthy and the flush stopped working on the first day. They changed the room for me after the request but it was identical. Doors looked liked it has not been changed since the hotel was opened. I saw cockroaches in the morning under the carpets and told the cleaner but she took it so casually and was surprised. I had plans to stay the next whole week but decided to go outside of Thamel. This is the worst state I have seen of a hotel room.

Spartano ma sufficiente per passare poche notti prima e dopo i trekking. Dormitorio con 10 letti e bagno ideale per conoscere altri solo travelers (400 rupie).

Hotel accueillant, très bien placé dans Thamel. Le personnel est très fun et est toujours à l'écoute pour répondre aux questions. Je recommande vivement !

Bad

Pros: Very good value for money. Rooms have windows, electricity, hot water and clean bed sheets. Fan works great. Free breakfast. Friendly workers. Other: Washroom is not in so good condition, but for this cheap what can you expect. Beds are not very comfortable but again I am happy if I think how cheap it was. Cons: Wifi does not work. But it does not really work in the nearby hotels that cost more either. So I recommend you to just buy a local data sim card.

Great, friendly staff. Room was pretty basic but it was clean and felt safe and the price was good. A bit hard to find, but once you know where it is, it's a great location because it in the heart of Thamel but doesn't feel like it - so there's a buffer from that tourist street madness, although you can get there pretty quickly if you want.
