The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and all that we asked for. Great little cafe in the restaurant and it was in a very walkable location. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Fantastic Stay

와이파이 작동되지않아서 어려움이 많았습니다. 와이파이가 30초 작동하고 일반 로밍으로 돌아가버리기때문에 문제가 있었습니다. 감사합니다.

While the entrance looks fresh and modern, the rooms are anything but. I booked a suite room and walked in to a room incredibly dated and worn. I had to ask for toilet paper as there was none in the bathroom and the reason for this was the toilet roll holder had broken off. The toilet bowl was incredibly stained and the towels were worn and dingy. The showerhead pointed straight out and no way to get it to point down, so had to hold showerhead in hand to wash. The curtains looked like they were from the 70's, there was also cups and tea/coffee, but no kettle to boil water. The batteries to the air conditioner didn't work and looked bent and leaking acid, so had to take batteries from tv remote to turn air conditioner on and the sheets felt dingy as well. Breakfast is definitely not worth including. I felt like I was in a cheap, dingy motel, not something that cost as much as it did. I checked out after less than 24hrs and was still charged for an additional two days. My advice? Go elsewhere!

Breakfast was poor with little or no hot food available. Other guests smoking in rooms or corridors leaving cigarette butts in dirty bowls or flower pots. Limited hot water in the evenings.

他の四つ星ホテルより目立たないので、立地的には不利に見えましたが、その分スタッフもお客さんも急がずにすみ、ゆとりがあります。 キャンセルになったホテルムーンライトは接客が忙しなくて、ゆとりが無い様に見えました。

스위트룸을 예약했는데, 우리가 예약한 방이 없다고 하여 밤에 2시간을 허비하여 다른 호텔을 잡았습니다. 그 방이 없으니 다른 호텔로 가도 상관 없다고 말하면서 미안하다는 말 한번 안하더군요. 그사이 이호텔의 다른방을 몇개 보여줬는데, 사진보다 너무 초라하고, 실내 마감조차 잘 안되있는 엉성한 호텔입니다. 가성비가 너무 떨어집니다.

A delightful place to stay

The hotel condition was incredible by Nepal standards. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

This hotel was very nicely located in Kathmandu close to Thamel district filled with shops and great food.

ここはやめた方がいい。朝食はバイキングなし、暖房なし、ドライヤー使えない。テレビはローカルオンリー、WIFIは切断されてばかり。中国人がオーナーらしいけど、絶対行かない！

Great stay at the Hotel Yukhang. Terrific location close to shops and restaurants. The hotels in Kathmandu are not as nice as Western hotels so I am not holding them to the standards of some of the fine hotels I’ve stayed in on other trips. But the staff was great and so were the accommodations for this city. Loved it. Would stay there again.

I booked the hotel true the Ebookers customer service and I have been offer big room for few more pound but in the checking day they give me completely different room and after I explain the situation to the staff they charged the room but still wasn’t the one I choose. The washroom was average and door I couldn’t close because was broken. But the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff are cheerful and helpful. Fulfil all basic need for tourist. Location of hotel excellent
