Quiet spot in a busy neighborhood. Staff very kind and accommodating.

お湯の出が悪かった。暖房機器はあったが音がうるさかった。洗面台の水漏れがあって不快だった。

I thought the other Guesthouse was bad, but this was definitely worse. Terribly run down, leaking taps, no hot water, toilet doesn't flush properly and after being told there was no rooms for a late checkout, 10 other guests checked out at 5:30pm, all fresh and ready to get on their flight. I'd organised a taxi to the airport and when driver running late I asked reception for assistance and got told to go down the road and get another! I've read other posts and there seems to be the old adage 'it's a 4th world country and expectations from travellers need to be adjusted.....cop out! Would never stay at this establishment again nor recommend to my friends! Bad experience!

The hotel is in a nice location for Thamel. The rooms are fine but a little tired. There was hot water. The internet was slow which is not the case in all hotels in Thamel.

Hotellets placering gjorde at der var fred og ro. Haven var helt unik og hotellets bedste anbefaling. Det eneste problem var at der var opført en skole lige op af haven og endnu ingen vinduer, så støjniveauet i frikvarteret tog noget af glæden ved opholdet i haven, men morgen og efter 16 var det fint stille og roligt. Maden og renligheden på hotellet var god. Personalet var meget venlige og gjorde deres yderste for at hjælpe. Sengene var hårde, hvilket gjorde nætterne lidt problematiske.

Little oasis, made it easier to be in thamel town. Traditional brick room , strong enough to see the buildings moved without collapsed during earthquakes!

Nirvana Garden was a great deal and has a good location in the popular Thamel area of Kathmandu. As well, they have their own tropical garden with tables and chairs where you can relax in a serene place despite the chaos surrounding you.

Wonderful staff. Great location. Quiet. Great breakfast. Nice garden. I will stay here any time I'm in Kathmandu.

We were booked to stay 9 nights. We moved out after 3. Rooms were not clean. There was not enough water pressure to take a shower. Nearby construction meant hotel garden was coated in dust. Not a good choice for my 2 year old !

Good pre/post trekking hotel in the heart of Thamel with a nice relaxing garden.

good location. however there is no excuse for things like the towel rail hanging of the wall in the bathroom room had a bad smell beds were uncomfy and only half of the curtains were on the rail do not book poor hotel

it was very bad experiance. no a/c working no good food. there was very bad servise. it was waste of money to stay hotel like this

価格が合えば、タメルエリアでは過不足の無いレベルと思う。ネパールは常に停電を考慮しなくてはならないが、客室内に関しては自家発電の電気が供給されていた。ただし、エアコンのような、電気量の大きいものについては難しいので、暑いときに停電になっていると、汗だくになる。扇風機はリクエスト供給だった。

the room was on 3rd floor and no lift. it was horrible.

The hotel had all the accommodations, and the service (including free bag storage) was excellent. But the bed was rather uncomfortable, the in-room bathroom smelled of mothballs, and the food from the downstairs restaurant was not the best--even at Nepal standards. I would shop around before staying here, but overall not a bad option.

Phone didn't work. Was given much nicer room by very friendly staff.

We had an enjoyable time at the Nirvana Garden Hotel. Friendly staff, great service and an excellent location. Highly recommended.
