住3天都沒有清房，早餐多喝一杯奶茶還要另外付費，服務員也不會幫忙般行李，房店招牌很小，在小巷子裡的小巷子，找好久才找到，感覺很差。

No hot water

The stay was fine, good shower, A/C and small balcony, bed was just ok for a four night stay. Great location in a lovely part of the city, staff were very nice too, breakfast was at the Olive restaurant right next door and was very good. Overall I’d recommend this hotel for the cheap price I paid.

My stay was fine, hotel was in a great location, staff were really friendly and very helpful, you have to insist on room service relating to changing bedding, which was not an issue with me. Wifi and shower was good no issues.. I would recommend staying here for the price I paid.

I stay here every time I come to Kathmandu. It is a very nice place, with great staff and location. The breakfast is great (coffee amazing). Very great value. Highly recommend

I found my stay at Thamel grand hotel very pleasant and peaceful.The hotel room was very clean and the customer service was excellent.The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They also arranged my trekking to Annapurna base camp at very affordable price with a very experienced tourist guide service.Food and beverage were delicious at their cafe. They even picked me up from airport which helped me a lot as I was very exhausted.Overall I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel while you travel to Kathmandu.

The stay in this hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean spacious and tidy. The staffs were like friends and brothers. The breakfast in black olives Cafe was very heavy and healthy. Free and spacious parking area which is hard to find in Thamel.

Well my friends recommended this hotel to me, they stayed here for quite a long time back in 2019. I felt very welcoming during the check-in time and the staffs where like my buddies they treated me very nicely with lots of love and respect. The hotel even took care of my luggage when I was out and helpd me arrange my trip to Annapurna base camp with their professional and experienced guide on a good budget. I was delighted with the breakfast they provided me from the black olives Cafe also the management here is exceptional.

My hotel experience in Thamel Grand was one of the best experiences I had. Actually I booked for one night, then I went trekking for 13 days, later returned to the same hotel because of the hospitality they provided to me and extended my booking for the next 5 days in Kathmandu. The location was the best part, The hotel is little inside from the busy street therefore there was no noise at all and I felt very safe in this hotel. There was hot water every time I tried to take showed and the people around the hotel were very welcoming, extra friendly and very polite with good manners. The Wi-Fi is very promising as I had to work from my laptop and the breakfast was very clean and healthy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends in London and would again come back if I am in Nepal next time.

Good location in center of Thamel, Very polite and friendly staffs. They offered me room upgrade as i was the genius member of expedia, also they helped me with tour package in budget with their professional and experienced guide. Breakfast in Black Olives Cafe was very good and kept me going for the entire day. The rooms are quiet and very comfy beds. They also offered me airport drop facility at the exact time. Thank you Thamel Grand Hotel and all the team members in the management. Will return back again for sure.

Exceptional The whole experience. Value for money, great friendly staff, wonderful breakfast and location was perfect. All the facilities were perfect even hot water and wifi and even had space for free parking. It was a good place to stay and central to everything.

An amazing experience with the hotel- First they came to receive me at the airport and waited for almost 2 hours since my flight got delayed. I was a bit nervous but to my surprise, they didn't mind waiting at all and were very welcoming. After a long flight, I was really tired and the water in the shower was really warm and delivered good pressure. The room was really spacious, clean, and comfortable. And all the staffs were very helpful and friendly. There was an attached restaurant to the hotel 'Black Olives Cafe' which served really good food and the breakfast was really top-notch. The hotel is in an ideal location close to Thamel's main hub yet it was so peaceful throughout the day and night. I enjoyed the stay and I'll be here again next time for sure. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Conveniently located towards the side of the bus park so easy to get there. Nice room, quieter as the hotel is set back a bit from the Thamel busy street. Very nice and helpful guy in reception.

Experience was good except breakfast.they need to improve the quality of breakfast.
