The Milestone has a friendly team of staff and is well managed. The restaurant has multiple options of breakfasts available and the rooms have really good a/c which is a huge relief during hot days. Multiple staff at the front desk are knowledgable on all the best spots in the area and will be able to guide you on pretty much anything you will need! Awesome stay guys, won't forget it! Truely appriciate the hospitality.

personal fav spot in thamel. Have been coming to the milestone hotel from last summer, for weekend. Very quiet despite being in the heart of thamel. Great coffee and breakfast in the rooftop restaurant.

Went for trekking to Annapurna region and stayed there in my way back. really nice stay, thankyou to Ashish for your restaurant recommendation. really liked the rooftop restaurant, definitely coming back next year.

予約していた部屋は大きなゴキブリが出て、 変更してもらいました。バスタブがついた部屋を予約していましたが、小さな部屋でバスタブがない部屋に変更となりました。 次の日に ジャグジーバスのある部屋があると言うので、もう1泊することにしました。 しかし、ジャグジーバスは壊れていて使えませんでした。部屋にある時計も狂っている、足拭きマットがないなど、問題の多いホテルでした。値段の割に問題が多いのでもう利用したくはありません。

Had a great stay. The location is great as you can walk like hundred meters and you are nearby to everywhere worth going. Great hospitality, really loved the city tour arranged by the travel agent inside hotel. Thankyou guys for all the help.

The room was neat and clean, the staff were very welcoming and helpful . The rooftop restaurant has a awesome view, you can see the monkey temple from there. The rooms were peaceful at night. I was amazed when i came late at night from a nearby bar and the streets of Thamel was lively, yet my room was peaceful.

Tooooo much noise.

Very very bad experience I booked this hotel online for 5 days stay , but due to my personal problem i have to check out earlier, staying only for 2 days , however the hotel did not refund fund my 3 days money, despite of requesting many times they denied. Even the room was not so big as they have shown in the pictures . Refrigerator was also not working , washroom is very small. If you guys are planning to stay in this hotel, I personally suggest not book this hotel.

the Hotel is in the hearth of Kathmandu, in Thamel district near to Garden of Dreams and Durbar Square and to all facilities such as taxi and so on. What we most appreciate is the hortel's owner and his staff ( waiters and chefs) they were nice and friendly and the very good breakfast prepared with all fresh ingredients both fruits and vegetables! All good with the stay. The hotel is on a narrow side road making car access difficult.

Property was very good, hot shower and large comfortable bed which were all welcome especially after having completed a few weeks of trekking. The rooms do not get cleaned automatically every day so you will have to ask for that and clean towels if you need them.

The hotel is fairly modern and for the most part clean. Staff are pleasant and helpful. It's located in a good area with access to many things.

Excellent service .. friendly staff .. need to work on cleanliness of rooms carpet however very comfortable stay .. definitely visit again ☺️

J’ai passé un bon séjour dans cet hôtel. J’en ai fait plusieurs à Katmandou mais celui ci était top. Chambre très confortable, calme, bonne literie, salle de bain propre, petit bémol eau tiède…. Sinon ce qui a été vraiment agréable c’est le personnel! Personnel du restaurant très agréable et serviable!!! Très attentionné . Personnel à l’accueil très gentil aussi, notamment Dipika qui a été très à l’écoute et disponible. J’ai également fait un massage hayurvedique au spa, très bien , et à prix abordable. Merci
