Very cosy and with lots of charm, this is a great place to stay a couple of days.

A charming period building with some really good features and unusual rooms! Prepare to get VERY cold and feel VERY damp during your stay, it’s really OVER priced, NO heaters available and staff offer a backpackers feel and not at all $100 feel, a fire was lit downstairs but it attracted all the staff to sit around it and some people from outside that left us not able to even see the fire....I had to ask them to move to get a little heat while we ate...not worth the money, but the building is lovely....

Lovely old place to stay in the centre of Bandipur. Attentive staff and we had a nice lunch and breakfast. Only thing negative is the price - over-priced for the standard of room/bathroom. But overall a lovely stay.

The hotel in its restored state is beautiful & our extended suite was perfect, with a view of the valley & mountain range beyond. An excellent breakfast was prepared & served on the terrace. Be aware that there is no heating of any kind in the building, so in early December requires sleeping with my cap! Senior staff was a bit indifferent & there were no other meals available after breakfast. The service staff was courteous although our room wasn’t cleaned during our 2-night stay.

Overpriced for the area. Breakfast was supposed to be included and I was charged for it at the end of the stay and the food was also overpriced for the area

Bandipur is beautiful and the Old Inn was great - we were in the old part of the hotel across the street from the main building, and our room was very comfortable, but note the ceilings are quite low as it's an old building but that adds to the charm! Staff were fantastic too.

Right in the centre of Bandipur. Excellent choice to stay and would recommend. Very friendly staff and rooms are very comfortable. We had a family room as we were 2 adults and 2 kids. Would choose The Old Inn again when we come back next year.

Book this place. It's absolutely beautiful. The terrace views and the Inn itself are incredible. Like stepping back in time but with all modern comforts!

Unique and traditional Newari townhouse with lots of nooks and crannies filled with art pieces from around the region situated in the heart of Bandipur village. It is a pedestrian only area so quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Our room had a small balcony with a stunning view of the village, valley, hills and when the clouds allowed snow covered Himalayas. The food at the inn is good and there is a great atmosphere but there is limited selection.

처음에 도착해서 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 도무지 1박에 10만원이 넘는 가격을 지불했을때 기대할 수 있는 모습이 아니예요. 방은 엄청나게 어두컴컴하고 답답하며, 방 뿐아니라 건물 전체에서 퀘퀘한 곰팡이 냄새가 진동합니다. 어메니티는 비누 밖에 없고요, 에어컨은 물론 선풍기, 드라이어, 티비, 냉장고, 금고 등등 일반적으로 기대하는 시설은 아무 것도 없습니다. 물론 이렇게 오래된 가옥에서 그런 것들을 기대하는 것이 무리겠지만, 아무리 그래도 10만원이 넘는 객실에서 그 정도 기본적인 것을 기대하는 것마저 무리일까요..? 굉장히 저돌적인 아저씨가 체크인부터 머무는 동안 리셉션 데스크에 계셨는데 아무리 시골분이라지만 정말 놀랐습니다. 그 불친절함에. 도착해서 투숙카드 쓰는데 볼펜을 던지시지를 않나 다음날 아침 식사 시간 정해서 알려줘야 한다고 하는데 기분이 나쁠만하게 강요를 하더라고요. 밤에 타월이 필요해 리셉션 데스크에 내려갔는데 아무리 부르고 기다려도 아무도 않오더니 한참 후에야 나타나서는 밥 먹고 왔다고.. 3박 하려다가 어떤지 일단 보자고 1박만 했는데 정말 잘한 일이었습니다. 다음날 바로 방 옮겼어요. 오래된 네와리 집에서 자보는 건 특별한 경험이었습니다만 이 돈 내고는 절대 묵지 않을만한 방이었습니다.

Well renovated with attention to details. Amazing views to the Annapurna mountains from the terrace. Cute little town to wander around.

The Old Inn is a lovely place to spend a couple of nights. The architecture is gorgeous and the feel is authentic. We felt like we'd gone back in time. The central location allowed us to experience village life all around us. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was great too. I highly recommend this hotel and village, especially for those who wish to see a part of Nepal that didn't suffer horribly from the 2015 earthquake.

Beautifully restored hotel and nice room. No hot water and towels were dirty. Overall we were a bit dusappointed.

Old Inn er et virkelig dejligt hotel med masser af charme, atmosfære og autencitet. Personalet er super venlige og servicemindede. Eneste minus var gøende hunde en stor del af natten - så medbring ørepropper!

Restaurato un vecchio edificio di oltre 100anni in maniera egregia arredamento in tema nel centro del paese,personale cordiale e disponibile,unico neo non c’è riscaldamento ma seppur essendo a Dicembre e fresco ,sotto il coltrone si sta benissimo.ottimo il ristorante e la colazione .Naturalmente considerando dove ci troviamo.

Although rather expensive, The Old Inn in Bandipur is a unique place to stay - full of heritage items, great rooms with amazing views over the valley and the Himalayas. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable beds and the best shower in Nepal! Their kitchen produces fresh, delicious food which was also very popular with people not staying at the Inn. Would certainly recommend The Old Inn to others and would certainly return myself.
