The hotel and it's management are terrible. When we walked in, the bedsheets, towels and pillows were all dirty. They didn't have any clean towels. The shower wasn't working. It was a terrible experience staying here with my family. Please avoid this place.

i liked the location its in the quiet side near the lakeside. What i did not like is the un-professionalism that the hotel did by accepting booking over expedia and then cancelling as they were over booked. I spoke to someone from the hotel who i requested to accomodate us , so they agreed for 2 rooms little below the one we booked. We agreed thinking it will be the same hotel as shown in the picture but rather they have an annex building which is like an old guest house called Kuti gardn, its looks old and damp and the furnitures were disaster my son fell while seating on the chairs in the room. The room was right near the road so it was noisy and guests were disturbing. Breakfast was average also nothing special and for eggs we had to pay extra. One major thing i really have to highlight is that the internet at the annex Kuti Garden did not have password and internet hardly worked for 2 nights we stayed there, we got fed up so we requested to the reception to move us to the main building and they agreed to move us to the main building where the facility was a bit newer but squeeky furnitures and wardrobes. They would shut down lobby and stair lights and its generally dark. While requesting the reception to check us out on 8:00-8:30 am in the morning the receptionist was rude and refuse to transfer note to the person coming in the morning and we had to do it again with the morning staffs and request for our luggage's to be moved down. Hotel has a small parking.

I’ll review on check out. The only downfall to this hotel is there is no elevator and my room is on the third floor.

A great place to stay. Wonderful breakfast and clean secure rooms.

Nice hotel, decent location. Staff was friendly. Quiet but not too far from activity
