The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly; check-in was a breeze. I liked that the room I had was a studio apartment. However, the kitchen could be equipped with basic condiments like salt, pepper and cooking oil. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I slept well. The hotel is a 35-40min walk from the train station, but you could take buses also.

The appartment was really big, spacious and 3 out of 4 walls were in windows, which made rhe room opened, bright. But had curtains to close at night. A small kitchen was also nice, just enough to use for basic dinner. Loved it.

The room was tired and although it was supposed to be self checked in i couldn’t do it as it was only until 10pm..

I am not really satisfied with the service I received. The hotel doesn't change on a daily basis your bedsheets and they only clean your room every fourth day just when I booked only for 3 nights!!! Airconditioning was not blowing fully cold air and didn't make any difference in terms of the room temperature as during my stay was very hot outside between 24th of June and 27th of June. On my second day, the alarm went off in the building and the hotel failed to notify us what was going on so expect absolutely a lack of communication from them. Also, the hotel doesn't have normal TV channels available if you want to watch Dutch channels or international channels like CNN, BBC News or Discovery channel but instead you're expected to use Youtube or Netflix as the alternative. There is no reception available downstairs as you will need to use self-service when checking in and my experience was not that great at all because the system simply couldn't find me in the beginning, so you will have to call someone from the hotel who will come down to sort this out which in effect only adds more unnecessary waiting time. So if I have to give a rating I rate this hotel a solid 2 stars and would I come back again to this hotel? I highly doubt it!

Clean, comfortable and good enough value by the side of a pretty canal in an industrial estate. Self service check in. No staff at a reception although there is a number you can call for assistance. Accomodation includes a little kitchen with a fridge and also a tv although we could not get the tv to work despite numerous attempts. Location - 40 minutes walk to the old town though there is a bus lane 10 minutes walk away. When we stayed the resteraunt was being renovated and disappointingly there were no nearby shops or cafes. Make sure you bring something to eat and drink to save walking back in the direction you just travelled.

Stay here every year when we visit family. Love the location and staff are top notch.

Utrecht is a beautiful city. We went to the centrum by bicycle. We appreciate kayaking in the canal and have our dinner nearby. Castle de Haar is amazing.

This is our second home. Been staying here every year for the past 5 years. We love the fact that you can walk to everything. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Best place to stay in Utrecht

Couldn’t fault this place - we had the luxury studio - everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom, easy to find, good parking.

The lighting inside the room was terrible. A few spotlights and that was about it. The self-checkin was a bit annoying You better bring your own toiletries because you just get a small soap and a tiny little cointainer of showergel.

Eigentlich ein tolles Hotel. Lage mit dem Fahrrad für die Stadt gut erreichbar. Sonst etwas ausserhalb. Self Check-in hat nicht funktioniert (nicht nur bei uns). Zimmer wurde nicht gemacht und das mit dem Parkplatz hat auch nicht funktioniert. Trotzdem ist das Zimmer und Hotel eigentlich sauber und gut.

Nice accommodation and location next to canal. Reasonable walk to Utrecht, or easy bus. Mostly automated check-in, etc.

Despite saying staff were around they were not. The ground floor restaurant is separate. They will not help. We assumed we could use the restaurant as guests. Rhe hotel dalls between 2 stolls. Some of the faciluties forca hotel are not there but equallythe apartment approach meabs guests are left to get on with it.

Husband and I call this our second home. This is the second time staying here and definitely will be returning.

This was a great one night stopover, particularly handy if you have a vehicle but still want the flexibility of being able to walk into town in a short time, 40mins in fact. Bed very comfortable, amenities were excellent, you were completely left to your own devices.

A very nice and quiet location only a breakfast opportunity is missing at this hotel. A vending machine in the lobby with an Apple Pay solution could work but didn’t on my IPhone at least. But got a very nice room upgrade. Super friendly and skilled staff.

Great room with kitchen, however no shops close by. Only two coffee capsules for three days for two people
