Staying at the city central area with relatively clean room and continental breakfast included at a very decent price. Friendly and helpful staff What else can u ask for?

The hotel is in a small building, so staircase is too narrow (hard & a bit dangerous to bring luggage going up and down) and room is tight. Also the room carpet cannot give me confidence that it is totally clean. Good thing is a supermarket is right next to the entrance of hotel

I didn’t have breakfast because I missed the time, but it was great that it was offered! I didn’t have luggage, just a backpack, so it was easy for me to get to my room but people with accessibility issues may struggle with the stairs.

All the staff were so friendly. Breakfast was nice and there were always tea, coffe an snacks in the lobby. The room condition was fine compared the price. In overall, I had very positive experience especially when you think about the price.

My stay was overall fine. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed linens and towels looked clean. I stayed for two nights, and during that time, only the trash bin was emptied — the sheets and towels were not changed. The room was a bit cold; there was an extra fan available, but it was quite large, and I didn’t feel like taking it out of the closet. There were only two power outlets in the room, both in inconvenient spots. It’s not possible to use your phone in bed while it’s charging. The bathroom had a slight odor, but it looked clean. Shampoo and shower gel were available at the reception, and there was also a hair dryer and a kettle in the room. If you return to the hotel late at night, you might sometimes see drunk people lying near the entrance. Of course, this is not directly the hotel’s fault, but it was a bit concerning for me. Breakfast was simple but reasonable. The staff were generally polite and helpful. Thank you for their service.

À l’hôtel, très bien. Personnel sympathique, chambre propre. Juste : il faudrait une plus grande tablette dans la salle d’eau pour poser les trousses de toilette. Pareil dans la douche, il manque une petite tablette pour poser le gel douche et le shampooing. Il manque aussi un tapis pour sortir de la douche. Ce sont des petits plus très importants pour avoir plus de confort. Hôtel très bien situé, proche des principaux musées… et d’un joli parc ressourçant.

The hotel is in a great location but it had bed bugs! 😬

We were greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk upon our early arrival. The room was not yet ready for us (we arrived two hours before our check-in time) but the man at the front desk said we could leave our bags in the supplied locker room and our room would be ready after we went for a short walk. When we came back, the room was ready, even though we were still half an hour before check-in time. The front desk clerk helped carry my wife’s bag up the narrow stairs to our room on the third floor. Very helpful. He even produced a tea kettle for us to use during our stay. Other staff at the hotel proved to be very friendly and helpful as well, giving suggestions on what to see and where to go. The room was clean, spacious (my wife and I shared a room with three single beds (we only used two) so it was quite open and not at all cramped. While the room has been well used, the beds were comfortable and clean. What more could you ask for. The toilet and shower were next door (we were in Room 5) and shared with four other rooms but was kept clean. The provided breakfast was very good with cereal, juices, hard boiled eggs, bread, cheese and deli meats as well as coffee or tea. The hotel is centrally located close to Vondelpark, the largest public park in Amsterdam, and the Leidseplein, one of the busiest centres for nightlife in the city.

Most horrible hotel i have ever been. I do not even know how a platform like hotels.com allows places like this to be advertised. Reality is not even close to the pictures you see online. Other people have claimed also about bedbugs. Avoid taking the risk and reserve somewhere else.

Staff were unprofessional and hard to understand them. The room was unclean. Until now they haven’t returned my hold deposit for iron that I borrowed.

We would have enjoyed our stay here but we are older and we just couldn't manage the steep stairs that lead to reception and then to our room. We needed to have an elevator available or a building with more standard stairs.

Hotel básico. Buena relación calidad precio

Hôtel idéalement situé pour un séjour de 3jours avec mes deux grandes ados. Accueil très chaleureux et efficace ! Petit déjeuner qui nous allait très bien. Seul point noir : le bruit ! Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, le vitrage n'a pas suffi pour atténuer le bruit continuel des trams et voitures.

The location is very central to the museums and canals. The room was very small. Housekeeping was hit and miss. Breakfast was good. The hotel manager was very helpful.
