Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Limited breakfast choice. Found not my hair and spider silk while I arrived at the room ; and there is dirty thing on the sheet. Water pressure is terrible for toilet.

Very convenient location in the middle of Jordaan which is a very lively place and yet it’s in one of the side streets so that it’s not so noisy at night.

the front desk-David- excellent, nice, friendly and helpful. the property is very central location, BUT the room ridiculously small, you do not have space to open your luggage, no clothes closet, and you can not open in full the bathroom door because the door hits against the bed :-( and the bathroom- you sit down on the toilet and your knees hit the wall...LOL. ( I am only 1.60 )the cleaning in the room was not the best, the same little trash/dust on the bathroom floor, sat there all week, on the last day, there were no clean towels and the bed wasn't made. I have traveled throughout Europe my entire life, and I know that the standards of comfort there don't come close to those in the USA or Asia, BUT this room was uncomfortable.

Das Personalbei der Rezeption und beim Frühstück ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Gute Lage, man ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 10-30min bei allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Frühstück war begrenzt von der Auswahl, aber für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Die Hygiene lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig!! Das Bett war eine totale Katastrophe, viele Flecken, Haare,…. Ebenso die Vorhänge und Heizkörper usw. alles voll mit Flecken. Am schlimmsten waren für mich aber die Zierkissen am Bett, welche zur Gänze mit div. Flecken übersehen waren. Das Lager stand offen und dort war ersichtlich, dass frische Handtücher am Boden gelagert werden? Bitte mehr auf die Hygiene achten, da fühlt man sich nämlich absolut nicht mehr wohl, ansonsten wäre es ein gutes Hotel.

The location was great and central to many attractions. You can take a tram and get anywhere in the city within minutes with many stops located minutes from the hotel or you can walk. The rooms were clean and bigger than expected. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and were very accommodating.

Chambre et salle de bain récemment rénovées, claires et très propres. Accueil courtois et très serviable. L'isolation phonique interieure pourrait être améliorée.

Staff were welcoming, friendly and very informative. Room was spotless. Breakfast was nice. Ideal location for bus stop from the airport, eateries, markets, museums and plenty more.

The staff were wonderful. They were so kind and very accommodating. A super warm atmosphere. The hotel is situated in a perfect area. The rooms were fresh and clean. Towels and blow dryer. We loved this charming little find Thank tou to the great staff who were very helpful with any and all of our questions.

Kylpyhuone oli todella kylmä, siellä ei ollut mitään lämmitystä. Siisti huone, mutta telkkarin screen oli rikki, käytiin sanomassa, he pahoitteli asiaa. Kun tekivät siivouksen , olivat jättäneet ikkunan auki, joten pikkusen oli illalla huoneessa viileä, lämpeni melko nopeasti. Sänky oli ok. Aamupala ok, mutta aulassa oli ilmoitus,että hinta 12€, varaus sivuilla oli 15€ ja se meiltä velvoitettiin. Jyrkät portaat aamiaishuoneeseen. Huone oli rauhallinen eikä sinne kuulunut ääniä, hyvät pimennys verhot. Sijainti oli hyvä, helppo liikkua eri suuntiin ja kentältä pääsin yhdellä bussilla 4min. päähän hotellista.

For a single traveler the room was very nice. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful as someone who had not visited Amsterdam in some time.
